Step out through the dining room doors to discover your own private, fully fenced courtyard patio. Complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs, this intimate outdoor space is the absolute perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or to fire up the barbecue grill for an evening dinner under the stars. Great Stay

This property is a great location, very quiet and easily walkable. We enjoyed walking to downtown and the rail yard district. The amount of room was perfect for our family.

Awesome property!

I found communication with the property manager imperfect, at first, but Vrbo was responsive and allayed my concerns. The property was excellent and week run.

Overall it was clean and in a great location. 15min walk to downtown square. The 2.5 bathrooms was huge for us as we could each get ready at our own pace. Would stay again!Only complaint is the trash truck that arrived at 3am Saturday morning, tho wasn't on the rental at all, but was REALLY loud.

Great convenient spot near, but not in Downtown Santa Fe

We stayed at Las Brisas with dear friends, meeting at the condo. It is well appointed, with 2 en suite bedrooms. It was clean, and easy to make work for us. We hope to stay again!

We loved this cozy home! It had privacy and a quiet courtyard, while also being close to downtown. The community is very well maintained and cleaned, and it's obvious that the residents and management care about it. The management was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend. Just a note to others planning to stay, make sure to bring storage containers for any food leftovers or home made meals!

Cozy and well-appointed

The unit was exactly what we'd hoped. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Walking distance to everywhere (plaza, rail yard, grocery stores).

Very nice layout, clean, great sheets, nice kitchen appliances. Bed pillows were pretty flat. Shower curtain in master bedroom was moldy.
