This historic casita is on a 1904 property that is listed in the National Listing of Historic Places. The casita was freshly remodeled in December 2023. There is a shared bricked courtyard with two fountains. You are 1,000 yards from the historic Santa Fe plaza (a 10-minute walk) - with a constant menu of free events/performances/fiestas. You can to walk to almost everything that makes Santa Fe the City Different. We are passionate about promoting locally owned business, and events. This is a wonderful location, an easy 12-minute walk to the square. It's an incredibly quiet neighborhood with a comfortable king bed, lots and lots of fluffy towels, a full kitchen if you were interested in cooking, and Brett is a perfect host.

Clean and in a great neighborhood. It's about a 1/2 mile or so walk to the beautiful Santa Fe Plaza. The hosts live on the lot but were friendly while not being intrusive.

Very nice vacation rental located a short walking distance to old Santa Fe Plaza. The property is well equipped and comfortable - ideal for a week or longer stay. The courtyard provides a nice place to relax, have a glass of wine, or a meal under typically excellent New Mexico skies. The dedicated parking provided is essential given the limited parking available in the neighborhood.In short, an excellent experience.Lastly, Brett is an outstanding host!

We had a lovely stay. It’s pretty central but located in a neighborhood, so you’re a 10-15 minute walk to most things but the area is quite quiet! Would recommend!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Convenient for everything we wanted to do in Santa Fe. The hosts have added many nice touches to the property and made us feel welcome. It was great to have the whole driveway to park our vehicles. Safe place to park our bikes in the back also. We may come back next year!

Santa Fe is a "walking city" and this is a perfect location. Easy to get in and out of town, a quiet neighborhood in which to avoid the hustle and noise of town. This VRBO could not have been better appointed. Everything you need is there; an abundance of towels and linens, a beautifully equipped kitchen, easy and comfortable living space. The outside patios are perfect, whether it be for morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Not to mention Lucy the dog! Sweet, friendly and a bonus to a great stay

Lovely casita in the perfect location. Wonderful hosts with great communication. We had everything we needed and would most definitely stay there again. Brett and Kirsten were a wealth of information and provided a well appointed unit. Totally recommend it!

This was a cute little place with everything we needed and it was a quick 10 min. walk to all things Santa Fe, The Railyard, Plaza, Capitol and many restaurants. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was quaint and safe.

Everything about the accommodations and location was perfect. Gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Brett was amazing, welcoming and accommodating. His place was peaceful and just what we needed for our time in Santa Fe. It's a quaint place that we loved. Our dogs loved it too!

This property is excellent for walking around downtown Santa Fe. The king size bed and open living area and kitchen make for a comfortable stay. I also loved all the outdoor space in the shared courtyard

We absolutely loved this place. Brett worked with us on our schedule and met and visited with us when we arrived showing us around. Close enough to walk downtown and to the farmers market. The bed was super comfy and the shower was awesome. Roomy and cozy. We loved it!

The listing is even nicer in person. The location is about perfect, we walked to the Plaza, Canyon Road and the Railyard District during our stay. Bret is an excellent host and has wonderful restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay again for our next visit to Santa Fe. Our cocker spaniel also gives it a 5-star review.

Host welcomed us and offered whatever supper we needed. Perfect location to the Roundhouse and the Plaza. The Casita is well appointed, very comfortable and do Santa Fe!

We enjoyed our stay at the Brett's lovely casita. Very easy location to get to the downtown area. Brett was super accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.

Tony and his family were wonderful guests. The weather wasn’t great when they were here, but they made the most of Santa Fe anyway. It will be a pleasure to have Tony back in the future.

Excellent location, excellent property

Great property just a short walk from the plaza. Very comfortable for two, would also work for a family of 3-4. Well cared for and beautifully remodeled property, with everything we needed for a stay. Would love to stay again!
