Amazing location but difficult to find unless you know the area. Host very reachable and helpful. Property is very well equipped but lots of stairs for older people. Ideal for romantic mountain getaway.

Candence’s place was great felt like a secluded mountain gateway but only a few minutes away from every store you could need we would definitely stay there again

The treehouse was wonderful. Very accurate description. Was peaceful and relaxing!The only obstacle was cooking meals with limited cookware.

Beautiful location for this adorable home. Very unique and quaint. Decor was fabulous - always something new to discover! Comfortable for 4 adults with plenty of room to relax. Host was very accommodating and readily available for assistance. Neighbors were also very friendly and helpful for suggestions of local attractions and restaurants. Definitely a place to consider when visiting! Thank you

The property was great for location. We loved the quieter location but still close to knoxville and not that far of a drive to Pigeon Forge. The views of the trees and wooded area were so nice. We didn't need the washer/ dryer because they're were plenty of towels and linens to use. The home was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the place. In fact, my husband wants to build a place just like it somewhere near water!

Great property! We were in Knoxville for the Bassmaster Classic. The house was charming and such a fun place to stay. I highly recommend this house. I would not bring kids but we were traveling with another couple.

This house is very charming and we loved the huge windows facing the woods! It appears that there had not been any renters present for a bit because there were a lot of cobwebs and spiders we had to clear out and kill. It would have been nice if a quick walk through had been done before we checked in so as to not have to deal with that but it is a "tree house" and insects love the woods. Candace was very easy to communicate with! Great furniture and interest art to look at as well.

We loved drinking our coffee and choosing which view we wanted to enjoy from the floor to ceiling windows or the decks. The location in relation to Knoxville is close and convenient to the south side.

Fantastic host, very communicative, excellent location. House was very cute and nicely decorated. I did travel with small children and I would not necessarily recommend the layout for little ones.

Lovely and quiet area

We came to spend a few days in Knoxville. The house was outside the city, wooded in a quiet location. The large windows were great to just look out at the woods and enjoy the wildlife. Candace was very prompt when I needed to ask a question and everything was very easy to find.

Wonderful property close to everything

This home is so gorgeous and charming - this is no "flipped" home with gray and white everywhere. Great layout for groups with lots of space, and the two story deck, plus the floor to ceiling windows are incredible - truly a "treehouse" feeling. Super clean, well stocked, nice comfortable furnishings and ten minutes from downtown, and "regular" stores for things you might need to get. Excellent stay!!

Quick, but sweet

We had an action packed weekend with very little time actually at the house, but when we were there it was wonderful. The bed we slept in downstairs (basement) was very comfy and I slept well.

Relaxing stay

The home and/or the treehouse was as described. Very nicely decorated and relaxing. You get the relaxation of the forest and nature but still close distance to places around and an easy drive to get to other locations. Plenty of towels and linens. The host was very attentive and you can tell they put a lot of care into being the best host for their quests with the details and even the small details they put out for their guests.

Treehouse

Beautiful property on a hilltop surrounded by forest! Floor to ceilng windows to enjoy the beauty of the forest. Clean and comfortable and perfect for 4 people. Spent a week in Knoxville and this property was perfectly located for all of the exploring we wanted to do.

The MAGICAL treehouse

I can’t rave about this property enough. I’m sad I didn’t take more pictures bc it’s truly a dream. The architecture to the location to the decor… everything was absolutely perfect. It was a beautiful place to reconnect with my best friend. I will recommend this to everyone I know and I really hope to visit again one day.

This home was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from commercial areas. The home was clean and nicely furnished. The donkeys in a nearby pasture were a delightful treat. The donkey’s owner left peanuts in their mailbox for anyone to feed them. The home was very comfortable and spacious for 4 people. The only nitpick I had was the damage deposit process. I had to wait until a few days into our trip to complete the process - would have liked to complete that process before leaving on our trip - just a minor inconvenience that caused a little worry but it all worked out just fine. Overall, the home worked out perfectly for us!

Perfect with the addition of printed instructions!

Fantastic! Very Tennessee. One recommendation: baby boomers need printed instructions on operating the HVAC remotes to keep A/C on, and on operating the fridge door controls to turn icemaker on. Otherwise, a wonderful stay for celebrating daughter's graduation from Univ of Tennessee! Gorgeous place, comfortable beds and kind host.

Nirvana

I can’t tell you how much I loved the “Treehouse”. The decor was MCM, which is my favorite, and the location was perfect. I felt like I was in a forest with the beautiful views from most of rooms in the house.We were there for my son’s graduation. It was an easy 10-15 mins to drive to UTK. The only drawback is that it was so nice, I didn’t want to leave! I’m disappointed that I didn’t discover this “treehouse in the forest” four years ago. I would have booked it every time we were in Knoxville!
