Great location, especially for game day! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance, which was super convenient. The home had plenty of space and was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our visit!

Great place. Only about a mile from market square. Close to campus too. My wife and I stayed with one other couple. It was clean, comfortable and check-in and communication. A great place to stay for a trip to Knoxville!

Great stay- very nice and comfortable property near many good restaurants. Kitchen was very nicely provisioned. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great house in a very convenient location close to campus. The neighborhood appears to be in a revitalization mode with some road and other construction nearby, but that didn’t cause us any issues. The coffee at Mia Piccola right across the street was fabulous. Dinner at Redbud Kitchen, a block away, was very convenient and good. We didn’t use any of the appliances. Our only issue was the lack of blinds/curtain for the large kitchen window that was right across the street from the Citgo gas station. Their lights made it seem like dusk all night and everyone could see us in the kitchen. It felt like being on stage all the time. All the other windows had blinds.

The location is ideal for being in and around Knoxville for football, concerts etc. It was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again for future visits. Highly recommend.

Charming stay in a perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying here with family and friends. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and just a short stroll to a beautiful river park. Definitely worth it!

Lovely home

We came in town for the GA vs. TN game. The house was very well equipped, very clean and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and we even walked home from the stadium. Would love to stay again!!

Quick getaway with family

Clean and perfect for what we needed to do, one suggestion though is curtains or something over kitchen windows. It is a busy area.
