Enjoy the entire place to yourself! This clean and quiet townhome serves as the perfect retreat for your family vacation, business group, or small reunion. Close to Utah Lake and I-15, short drive to BYU & UVU, 30 min to Sundance, and 40 min to downtown SLC.

Enjoy the Megaplex movie theatre and several restaurants all one block away. Take a much needed dip in the heated pool or relax in the all-year-round hot tub while your kids play in the splashpad.

Melt into our memory foam beds and pillows and let your tension float away :)

In the morning, you'll find everything you need to make a pancake and coffee breakfast.

Amenities:
The complex has a shared, heated seasonal outdoor pool and kiddy splashpad (open end of May through first week of October), year-round hot tub, gym, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground for the kids. Pickleball equipment provided!

This townhome has two levels:

The main level includes the living room, 56" smart TV w/ Netflix, full kitchen, dining area, attached 2-car garage, and patio w/ porch swing.

Upper level includes:
King bedroom - 40" smart TV w/Netflix and Peacock, memory foam bed and pillows, private attached full bathroom, writing desk, and walk-in closet w/dresser
Queen bedroom - memory foam bed and pillows, closet w/extra blankets
Twin bedroom - 2 XL Twins with memory foam beds and pillows, closet w/extra blankets
Full Bathroom - shared by Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom
Laundry Room - washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, first aid kit

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here! They had everything we needed, including laundry detergent and kitchen supplies, even everything we needed to make pancakes. The amenities in the neighborhood are great and we used them all! We played pickleball, basketball, worked out in the gym, played on the playground and went to the heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is right next to some fun restaurants and Top Golf. The beds were comfortable and the owners were responsive with requests for an extra parking pass.

5-STAR, Comfortable & Relaxing Stay

This place worked great for our family. It was very comfortable and clean, well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was a great location and the perfect place for us to stay for our family event. We will definitely stay again.

Comfortable and very clean. Good layout only wish had couches to sit in the two chairs just don’t fit enough people.

Some of my hobbies include singing in the Millennial Choir, playing the piano and violin, reading intriguing nonfiction, and going country swing dancing on the weekends.

Vineyard is a new and booming location for growth. All of the townhomes have been built within the past 10 years and new businesses and restaurants nearby are always going up. The neighborhood is a peaceful townhome complex and has plenty of well-maintained amenities to enjoy, such as the gym, pool, hot tub, kiddy splashpad, pickleball court, and basketball court. Everyone I've met here is very family-friendly and respectful. The townhomes were built in 2014 in a modern and spacious style.
