I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. I was not aware that the gate code wasn’t working, as I didn’t receive a call or message about it at the time. I’d appreciate understanding how you were able to access the property so I can ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. I also noted that you mentioned your husband was able to fix the internet, while I had already arranged for someone to address it. I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m sorry for any disruption this may have caused. I always strive to be responsive and attentive to my guests, which is why I was surprised by your review, especially since you had shared during your stay that everything was great. The good news is that the work is nearly finished, and the pool area will soon be a wonderful amenity for all guests. Regarding the surrounding construction, the Ritz-Carlton Residences is indeed a major project in the area. While it brings some temporary noise and traffic, its presence also adds tremendous long-term value to the neighborhood. Fortunately, our bay view remains completely unobstructed, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away for a peaceful retreat. We truly appreciate your stay and your comments, they help us continue improving.
