Enjoy a perfect family or couple's getaway at Western New York's premiere golf and ski resort. Peek 'n Peak offers a 18 hole golf course on site. The upper golf course has a 4 1/2 star Golf Digest rating.
During ski season, steps away from Chairlift #8 with 27 groomed slopes & trails with 8 chairlifts, operating 7 days & nights/week. Snow tubing and cross-country skiing are also available on site. The new Aerial Adventure park, Ziplines, Archery and Segway tours are proving very popular and easily accessible, less than a 5 minute walk! There is direct access to the Chautauqua Lake Snowmobile Trail System.

- main floor master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom,
- additional full 4 piece bathroom
- queen sofabed in livingroom
- In the renovated upstairs, an open sleeping loft bedroom with 1 queen bed, a single bed plus a 2 piece bathroom.
- all of the above plus a separate private bedroom with 1 queen bed.

Our beautifully furnished and updated (2019) 2 bedroom plus sleeping loft condo will meet your expectations.
*Please note that we change our decor & linens seasonally.

The master bedroom has a new 12" memory foam king bed plus en suite bathroom.
The well-stocked kitchen has new cupboards and granite counter tops and also houses a washer & dryer for your convenience.
The balcony is equipped with table and chairs with umbrella.

Guests are able to barbecue in the Pavillion where there is a charcoal barbecue. Guests must bring their own charcoal.

Erie shopping and Presque Isle Downs Racetrack and Casino are 20 minutes away.

The Peek offers many amenities: restaurants, luxury spa, arcade, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, mini putt all at a nominal fee and within walking distance from the condo. The Peek charges us as homeowners & our guests $25 per adult & $12 per child (under 11) to use their pool facilities.

Live bands on weekends at the Regency Pub located next to the dining room.

Golf & ski schools available.

This condo is privately owned and is offered at a discount compared to the Peek's prices.

Nice place. Lots to do around the area with in walking distance, sky ride, mini golf, tree climbing, zip lining! Nice bar in the hotel and everyone was friendly! We didn’t get to spend a while of time in the actual condo but when we were there it was pleasant! Condo had everything we needed.

The Condo was AMAZING ! Clean, Comfortable and equipped with every kitchen tool you may need. Living room furniture is super comfy, the fireplace is warm and cozy. Our only wish is that the Television was in a better location in the living room to watch the Blue Jays game.

Great Condo

Condo was a great option for a wedding weekend with my family. It smelled clean upon arrival and had plenty of amenities. Host was accommodating with arrival time. Would recommend.

Great Place

Great condo

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here for our golf outing. The condo is in a great location and perfectly maintained. The only issue was with the entrance code which prevented us from locking the door. Otherwise a great stay.

Comfortable and Clean

The condo was comfortable and clean. We came to the Erie area to visit family and friends. I didn't want to be in the City, so this was a good alternative out in the country side.
