Clean space with beautiful views and very quiet neighborhood. Parking was tight but manageable. One restroom but worked for our crew of 3 adults and 3 kiddos. Super close to the wedding venue we were attending at Old Town. Also very close to San Marcos where there are very cool swimming holes.

No issues with the home or hostess. Driveway is steep and a little small for a truck, but we made it work.... home was secluded and in a quiet area.

Beautiful location in the hill country with lots of wildlife. Great communication from host. We needed a spot that was pet friendly for a wedding we were attending nearby. It could be slightly more well equipped for the price. Nothing big. Little things like night stands with lamps next to the bed so people can read, etc. We also received less than half a roll of toilet paper. We were told we’d been provided a “starter roll” and had to go source our own after only being there 12 hours (and only being 2 adults). So just know to pack EVERYTHING you need.

Beautiful property

Unfortunately had to cut our stay short and so we are hoping to return soon as view is great and property is very relaxing.

The house was in such an amazing location with a beautiful view (especially at sunset). It was so nice to connect to nature out on the deck. Everything was kept clean and the mattresses on all the beds were of high quality. The check-in process was smooth as well. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

We had a wonderful time! The location was so peaceful, fun, and relaxing. The home was perfectly setup for a little getaway (even for us and 4 kiddos!) The deck was a perfect place to enjoy the weather and the beautiful hill country view. We had so much fun walking down by the river looking for shells with the kids and letting the dog run around and live his best life. Thank you for the wonderful Thanksgiving week!

The property and the grounds were beautiful. The only thing was the very steep driveway and limited parking. But I would return for a private getaway

Cute and fun

Wonderful cozy house with easy access to a great spot on the river. Saw a family of deer cross the grass area and a fox in the back. Had what we needed and the owners were easy to get in touch with. Everyone loved it, would come back again!
