We arrived at the property late in the day and it was very lovely Somehow it was double booked and another family was already there so we had to find another place to sleep for the night. The host was very friendly and offered a refund immediately and was very apologetic We used VRBO for our booking and the other family used another service. I’m sure this happens occasionally and we have not had any issues in the past We will definitely try for this super property in the future

Hi Diana, I am so sorry for the glitch between VRBO and Airbnb on my third party calendar managing system. I have refunded you completely and do hope that you will give us another chance. I know how were looking so forward to our beautiful clawfoot tub after a long day. Technology can sometimes get the upper hand and I am sincerely sorry for the trouble. Jules

The house has been painted, so we were a little confused when our GPS told us we arrived, but other than that, the house was exactly as described, cozy, but perfect for our needs. Water pressure in the shower was great! Towels were bath sheets, so large! We used the second bed to fluff out the wedding dress after we steamed it - worked PERFECT! There is a nice, short table in the second bedroom for our luggage. Kept it out of the way. That was nice. The cottage still has its’s vintage charm!

Hi Janelle, thank you so much for this sweet review. We loved hosting you. I’m sorry about the confusion with the photo. I thought I had changed them all as we had just finished renovating the house. We hope that you will get to stay with us again in the future.
