Guest house nestled amongst 100 year old oaks with fun farm animals!

Beautiful large 2 bedroom guest house on 10 secluded acres. Nestled amongst 100+ year old oak trees this cottage is private and cozy. While you might feel you are in the middle of nowhere; you are actually so close to many adorable towns. 5 minute drive will take you to many wineries, breweries, and restaurants nestled in hill country. 15 minute drive will take you to Wimberly, Kyle, Dripping Springs, and Buda. Under 30 minutes to Austin, Canyon lake, and lake Travis, and San Marcos.
The house itself has a private fenced yard, patio and deck. Plenty of Heratige oak trees provide shade and a covered patio And fire pit allows for year round enjoyment. This limestone house has central heat and AC and a wood burning fireplace to keep you feeling warm and cozy in winter months, and a beautiful sunroom to enjoy the sunshine. Bedroom one has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. The couch is a high-end sofa bed that turns into a king size bed for extra guests. Fully stocked kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and baking. We provide coffee and espresso as well. The bathroom has a large walk in shower as well as a tub/shower combo and plenty of space. Enjoy this space with friends and family or as a nice couples getaway in Texas wine country

*there is a beautiful luxurious swimming pool on the property which can be rented by the hour via the Swimply application or website. This is not included with your booking. To search the pool, type the location or zip code 78640 and find the pool titled ‘Epic Pool on a Ranch..’

Stayed here for a family wedding and we loved the location for a very quiet and peaceful place to retreat to. Pictures and descriptions were as advertised and we will definitely come back when in the area!

Extremely peaceful cabin on an acreage. Clean, great big shower, neighbors dogs come up every morning and wait for pats, very private, and a cool patio. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful welcome by the host and all the very friendly farm animals. Very clean guest house out in the beautiful quiet countryside. Would like to visit again. Made us all feel welcomed!

We enjoyed our stay in the guest house with quiet evenings outdoors. We enjoyed a rainy afternoon under the covered porch while reading . The animals were fun for my daughters to visit with . Wimberley was close by for shopping , dining, Art Night, and also a morning hike on a creekside trail to Blue Hole . Dining at the Hays Country Store is just up the road and very good. Genaro’s is a new Italian restaurant in Wimberley that had excellent food . Lovely time spent here . Thank you.

The house is located at the end of a road of a quiet hobby farm neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings with farm animals and wildlife. The hosts are very quiet yet attentive. Our 4 children enjoy it every time we stay. Worth checking out!

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay at this charming guest house, surrounded by peaceful views and frequent visits from deer and horses right outside. The serene, quiet atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle—couldn’t recommend it more!

Very clean & neat. We loved watching the five horses gallop & graze right near the house. We also enjoyed the farm sounds like the rooster. We loved that it was so devoid of city sounds. The kitchen had everything we needed for equipment and utensils. The only thing we missed was big mugs for our coffee.Though 100 years old, the house has unusually good electrical outlet availability. The WiFi was good. The streaming on the big tv was good. We didn’t do much watching though. The only hitches the whole time were the delicate condition of the septic system and the water going off for the sprinkler system just as we were preparing for the long travel home.

Great Stay

The house was great and the small farm was awesome. The owners were great and replied promptly to messages. Lots to do within 15-20 mins. Would definitely stay again.

This place is great for children. My 2 yr old and 8 yr old Grandchildren had so much fun feeding the pig, horses and goats. The ability to have a fire pit outside was nice not to mention the stars. The hostess was very accommodating and replied right away when contacting her.

Great Escape!

We enjoyed staying here. It’s just far enough away, but close enough to be convenient. The animals were just precious! We loved being able to pet Piggy and the goats. Wish we were able to stay longer.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Great place for family and pets to relax. Peaceful property with lots of animals. Spacious guest house with large bathroom and kitchen. Fireplace and fenced yard are a plus.
