Inside was clean and upkept and really did appreciate being able to bring our dog however it was difficult to cook the food we brought as there is very limited cooking appliances/utensils such as no baking trays and one attraction was the outdoor firepitt, however no lighter was provided to start a fire so we could not have one.Grill on side porch did not work but we used the one in front, not sure if that was even for the house.

Clean house that was pet friendly and close to the lake. A/C did well with the heat. Only recommendation would be to have more pans and cooking utensils. That was limited. Overall a nice stay.

Convenient location and comfortable beds

The location is very convenient, very close to the Stowe Ferry and right off I-86 on Chautauqua Lake on the west side of the bridge. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quick weekend trip

Perfect for our weekend needs. Beds were very comfortable and it was super nice to have the outdoor firepit with included wood.

Relaxing Mothers Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We would stay again in the future. Hosts were very responsive.

House could use a good house cleaning! House was acquitted for our stay. Neighbor in back made a lot of noise. Was very convenient for our stay to get to places!House was pet friendly which was good. Would consider staying again!

Just what we needed as fisherman! Basically across the street from the bait/tackle shop and great location to access all parts of the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

We stayed here to see the eclipse The clouds broke just in time for totality The location was great It was just a short car ride to Bemus Point and Jamestown The Comedy Museum was a lot of fun The General Store was a short walk and had great subs and it was an easy walk to the lake

Property served our needs very well. Could use some improvements to exterior decks but all in all ber convenient to boat launches.
