We enjoyed the area, the house was nice, outside could be cleaned up more, no clean outdoor seating. Lawn was mowed and yard was nice for the dog. We enjoyed the grill it was clean and easy to use. Overall we enjoyed our weekend get away. Thank youFor sharing your house

We were sent incorrect code to open lock box and VRBO also had same incorrect code. Furthermore VRBO had incorrect phone number for host. After an hour of back and forth phone calls, VRBO offered to reserve a motel room. In desperation we called the realtor whose sign in front was representing sale of the property. Shortly thereafter the owner, who the realtor contacted, called me with correct code. Owner told me VRBO never contacted her. We finally got entry. As to the rental itself, renters should be aware that the main bed is not queen sized if you are used to sleeping in one. The place was clean and complementary coffee was available. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area, though a short ride via ferry is available to Bemis Point which is quite lovely with plenty of eateries.

WONDERFUL STAY!! We love the area - took the Ferry many times across the lake, launched our boat at Bemis and several bike rides. Recommend!

Fun family spot

A great place to stay close to the Stow Bemus Point Ferry. Check ferry hours as they don’t operate daily, even during summer season. Otherwise a perfect relaxing getaway that was close to the Allegheny Parks as well as Chautauqua.

Everything you need for your stay.

This is a great place to stay. Everything was as it is posted. Clean, well furnished and cozy atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wedding weekend

With comfortable beds and a fully supplied kitchen, this very clean house was perfect for our weekend away. The furniture looked brand new and the location was a quick walk down to the water.

Always a good time

This is our 3rd visit to this house. We love the neighborhood and the small town feel. This was our first fall visit and it was beautiful. We went to the Ellicottsville Fall Festival, which was AMAZING!

So much fun!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this house. It's really cute and cozy. It feels like home. And the area is so cute... small towns, amazingly friendly people, access to everything! We'll be back next year!

Perfect little spot

We rented the two houses together with my in-laws. They were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. An ice cream place and convenience store was a quick walk up the road. All in all, it was a perfect little getaway.
