Enjoy lake life at this peaceful waterfront retreat in the Summer Sound area of Piney Flats on Boone Lake. Enjoy the water with kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and a lily pad -- all included with the rental! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for relaxing getaways or adventure-filled stays.

The main level features a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and lake views, plus a second bedroom and nearby full bath. Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms share a full bath. Gather in the fully equipped kitchen or unwind in the living room with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outdoor highlights include:
• Private dock for boating, kayaking, or fishing (lake levels fluctuate seasonally)
• Hammock and lounge chairs with water views
• Hot tub overlooking the lake

The house was very clean and tidy. The lakefront was amazing. Deer and geese were neat to see. One of our friends had a Herron land on the railing. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy were on site and very available.

Relaxing 4 day weekend

Everything was easy with this rental. Communication was clear in all all emails, and someone responded quickly when we were in need. All rooms were clean and kitchen had everything you'd need. There was a crib and high chair for the baby, and the deck was so relaxing. The view was beautiful, and every aspect was relaxing. It was great, and highly recommend. If you need a break from your family per se, there are plenty of places to go peacefully. And stores and restaurants within a 30 min drive.

Lovely Setting

We loved our short stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, with serene waters surrounded by nature. Our teens loved the dock area and were able to swim and kayak. The location provided a perfect location from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The house was well stocked for our stay and the check in process was easy. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a great location.

Wonderful stay, just too short!

The property was clean, well furnished, and included use of kayaks and paddle boards! A nice location, close to stores, but quiet. Clear and easy instructions for entering, WiFi and garage. Already planning a return trip. Thank you!

Lake house

The stay started off great by communication from the property manager. The house was decent but it wasnt perfectly clean but it wasn't worth complaining about. My kids and wife where excited to use the hot tub, Go outside and take top off and at first glance it looked clean. I started up the jets and white stuff was floating everywhere it looked super disgusting. I emailed management and I didn't even get a reply back. The other downfall is we booked this rental over a year ago and was charged 100% a year ago instead of a deposit. Also it was never mentioned that this time of the year the lake is not even useable due to it being drained and low. So that was a disappointment for our family. Paid a premium for the house and just didn't get what we expected.

Wedding trip with family

Needed a place to stay while attending a wedding. We needed to bring our dogs and have enough space for everyone to be comfortable. This place was perfect, and the lake was a beautiful bonus! Will definitely return for a vacation!

Family lake vacation

Loved the view. House was extremely dirty, smelled like urine. Rugs and chair cushions stained.

Fabulous home and stay in Piney Flats

Beautiful home with stunning views. Felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend this property - it's gorgeous inside and outside. Will definitely stay there again the next time I visit family in Tennessee.
