We loved this VRBO property! It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, close to everything on our itinerary and we love seeing so many deer especially the babies. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed almost a full week for a softball tournament in JC and it was perfect! Nice and close to everything yet VERY quiet and felt like we were away from everyone! The house had everything we needed for a weeks stay and TONS of deer everyday….

Amazing stay for a short weekend baseball tournament. Close to everything we needed. The house is decorated so well! LOVE the mid-century vibe and the overall layout of the home!Host is super responsive. We had no-issue just great communication. The lake is gorgeous! Beds are comfy. And man at the amazing deer just roaming thru. Having morning coffee outside was so peaceful.

There was not a lake view from the property but the wooded setting was peaceful. The home was comfortable and we had a great time. Wish list includes more kitchen ware- only 4 coffee cups , only 1 pot and no large frying pan. Hope to stay again in the future.

Cute Cottage

Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the property more. My husband loved the deer. They were plentiful! Nice very clean property. Loved the fans in the bedrooms, (right up my alley) and that there were a few snacks and waters. That was nice as we were rushing to get ready for a nearby wedding.

From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a true retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the home was spotlessly clean throughout.The highlight? The nature observation room. What an unexpected gem! Every morning we’d settle in with our coffee to watch deer and birds right outside. That room alone is worth the stay.We also enjoyed being out on the lake soaking up the sun, throwing the frisbee in the yard and unwinding by the fire as the evening settled in. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely recharges you, this is it. Highly recommend — we’ll absolutely be back! Our family had

We spent a week here. Didn't spend any time on the lake. Enjoyed watching the deer from the big windows in the back and front of the house. The house appears to have been recently remodeled and was very clean and comfortable. The full-sized fridge and freezer were nice to have, as we prepared most of our meals at the house. Big TV, easy access to our streaming services (just had to log in then log out when we left), and comfortable seating. There were just two of us so we had plenty of room. Lots of things to do nearby. Enjoyed hiking Buffalo Mountain and the Tweetsie trails.

The house was very nice and clean, the property was well kept and very quiet and relaxing. The only problem we had was that we couldn’t find the dock that was pictured; however, I didn’t message the owner about it, so I can’t really complain about that. I did have to reach out to the owner because I forgot to turn the dishwasher on before we left and she was very understanding. Overall, my husband and I had a lovely stay. Thank you.
