Our 3br/2ba gorgeous cabin in Piney Flats, Tennessee offers complete serenity, but is minutes away from Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm & Roots Reunion, ETSU, and central to all of the Tri-Cities! Boone Lake home. Less than an hour to skiing and Appalachian Trail. Mountain feel with privacy. Enjoy the scenery on the front deck and roast marshmellows by the fire pit. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level as well as a full bath, kitchen, and living room. So if you have problems going up stairs, this cabin accomodates you as well.NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $200 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

This was a long overdue trip for my mom to visit her cousin. This was the perfect location to visit them in Kingsport and then travel into town for needed items at Food City. We even ventured to Johnson City for supper. The cabin was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evenings. So very peaceful and quiet. Deer visited us on the hillside or down near the water each morning as I was cooking breakfast. Thank you for a great stay

Excellent house. Very clean and well appointed. Could have used more small glasses and coffee cups if there are more than 2 guests. A bit difficult to locate after dark and GPS is close but not accurate. Had read a guest review about location and that helped a lot. Road to gate is dark and the drive in to cabin very dark, could use some solar reflective lighting. Decor is very charming with the bear theme and quilts. Appreciated use of washer and dryer. Host contact was cordial and prompt.

We enjoyed staying here the week of our son's graduation from ETSU. The cabin is very cute both inside and out and the setting is peaceful. We loved the decor inside featuring bears and other outdoor motifs on the lamps, light switch covers, dishes, and rugs. The deck was the perfect spot to enjoy dinner in the evening or coffee and tea in the morning.

We had an amazing stay and truly have zero complaints. The cabin felt like home from the moment we arrived. Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the host made the whole experience easy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The laundry was great, but we didnt use it much. The kitchen had everything we could have needed! In all honesty your place is wonderful! Scenic, great fire pit, the overall inside is great, from comfort to beds to great porch area. Thank you so much- i will definitely return.

This stay was the very definition of "going off without a hitch." Shana was communicative and welcoming. Everything was in excellent condition. There was even firewood available for the firepit (which we felt was only right to restock before we left!).My goal when I come to Tennessee is to let go of everyday stress - the beautiful, quiet surroundings and the simple fact that there was nothing about the stay to worry about helped our family accomplish that goal.Next time we are in the area, we'll be hoping to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marlin. The listing matched the description perfectly, and it was clean and comfortable. Our host was attentive and accommodating. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
