Near the Beach on Balboa Island. Just 3 houses away from the Beach. Beautiful, spacious upstairs 1 bedroom with a King size bed, plus a day bed (twin size bed with a twin size trundle bed underneath) in the living room. Lovely kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove and microwave. Television in the living room and in the bedroom. Lots of closet space. Great working space, and excellent WiFi.
Private washer and dryer. Air conditioning. Spacious patio with gas BBQ grill.

Very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Parking is very tight - there is one spot allotted in a two car garage, but the alley is fairly narrow and parking requires some maneuvering. Not a fault of the property, just a reality of life on the island. The upstairs patio was great. No view, but still a nice exclusive outdoor space, with a provided sun umbrella. A great value for Balboa Island

Great stay on Balboa Island. Home was exactly as advertised, clean, well equipped and good location. The garage was an added bonus as parking can be challenging on the island. Would definitely stay again.

The place was as shown on the listing. Close to town and an easy walk. The outdoor patio was a great extra with a place to eat and relax. We would consider coming back another time.

The place was great and convenient location. The only downside was it was upstairs so if carrying up luggage is tough may not be the best one.

Late July Balboa Island Getaway

Great location with about a half mile walk to Marine Avenue and lots of fun restaurants. The boardwalk was just a block from the unit and provided beautiful Island bayside walks. The outside deck was great for dining alfresco. The attached garage was a definate plus and took away parking stress when taking the car out. Overall great stay for us.

Beach stay

Pictures don’t do the place justice! This place was so close to balboa island and we loved the patio and being able to watch the sunset and also cook/barbecue! Definitely will be staying here again! Owner is very easy to contact and was very sweet!

Wonderful Balboa Getaway

Beautiful apartment. Appliances are new and work well. Beds are super comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. We had a fabulous stay and will come again

Quiet Lovely Retreat

The apartment was lovely with nice upgrades and all needed amenities. It has a nice private patio and is close to the water and Balboa walking path. Just a short walk to the ferry. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great Cottage

Location was great and the cottage is well equipped. We really enjoy cooking so the kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor deck was where we ate most our meals t9 enjoy the lovely weather. We would definitely stay here again! Pat was a great communicating with us and was an awesome host!

The house is in a great location on the island that allowed for many walks with my family, enjoying all the Christmas decorations. The house was very clean when we got there and had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning and just overall comfortable living. The house is well updated, bed was very comfortable and clean, and the place also had AC/heating. We enjoyed eating our meals on the rooftop patio and the grill also works great! Overall just a fantastic stay. Pat is a great host that was open to helping us whenever we needed. Communication was great!

Second Stay

This was my second stay - unit is very spacious with a nice outdoor deck area and is very clean and well equipped. Unlike a lot of units in this area this property has a full size washer dryer, garage parking and AC.

Very clean, private and relaxing

Loved the proximity to the back bay. The patio was great too. Special touches like the BBQ, and sturdy and comfortable couches and bedding were a plus.Garage parking was terrific too! Air conditioning terrific!! The host was very gracious and accommodating and easy to reach. We can't wait to stay again!!
