This beautifully furnished and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, back-unit home is located on Balboa Island just 1 block from the beach and the Balboa Island Ferry. A rare find on the Island, it offers vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, inside laundry, an outdoor patio, carport parking. The home was completely remodeled in February of 2020 with all new Subzero / Wolf appliances. New three quarter inch white Oak floors, Cosentino Quartz kitchen and bathroom counters. Equipped with all the amenities a family or couple would want when enjoying a vacation in this charming island paradise.

The master suite offers a king bed, luxurious towels and sheets, a walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 full/double beds , high quality linens, a generous closet, dresser and its own flat-screen TV.

The living room has one large NEW LazyBoy sleeper sofa that sleeps two. The dining room seats 6, and a charming private patio is great for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or dinner, and includes a gas-fired grill.

*For the following holidays, rental of 1 week is required.

We had a great stay. Property was well appointed, beds were comfortable. Very nice large patio and tons of beach equipment to use, which was such a nice added bonus.We have spent a lot of time renting in Newport Beach and Balboa Island and this was a great property.

Very Clean and great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Kitchen, living and bedrooms were all nicely furnished with nice open patio area with outdoor seating, table for dining and BBQ. Beach chairs included as well!Great stay on the island!

Excellent Host! Accommodations were as described. Very comfortable and very clean. Well appointed unit. Beds were comfortable, showers were sparkling with great water pressure. Kitchen was spotless. Updated kitchen appliances. Great location with comfortable middle patio seating area and clean BBQ with clean utensils. Wonderful property. We plan to return.

We loved our girls’ weekend staying at this beautiful home. It was very spacious and clean. The friendly hosts were onsite and very helpful in recommending restaurants and giving us local tips. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that they had there for us to use. We would love to stay here again!

Great stay

What a great property, Balboa Island is a great location, the area feels very safe and the property is excellent, well appointed and the bed is super comfy. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the area. Pasqual and Kathy are also two lovely hosts.

This place was perfect. So clean and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had some great appliances. The host was available for questions but not breathing down your neck. They had great suggestions for things to do. I would stay here again.

Excellent place

The unit was appointed well and close to the island ferry and Fun Zone. Easy walk to anywhere on the island. The host was very hospitable and helpful with easy check-in and out. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was definately "home away from home". It was perfect! Nice clean 2br, 2bth, full kitchen with large refrigerater, washer/dryer, balcony, patio, carport, near a fabulous mexican restaurant, near the ferry, near the waterfront for wonderful walks along the waterfront. Hosts were so kind & welcoming. I will definately be back!

Balboa Island Rental

Great stay on Balboa Island. Perfect location walkable to everything. Easy access to the Ferry. Property was so clean and check in was easy. We will definitely be staying again!
