This was our second stay here and just like the first time, the cottage was conveniently close to everything, host was gracious and responsive. House was clean and had everything we needed. Plan on being back next year!!!!

This was our 2nd annual trip for this property. No need to worry about parking, cleanliness, amenities or accessing this secure property. The host is kind, helpful and so accommodating. You can’t beat the weather, sunsets or variety of things to do here. The location is perfect being across the street from the grocery store and beach.

Everything was great…neat and clean with well equipped kitchen, bath, and beach supplies!Garage, though, is very small… just “squeezed in” with a small SUV.

Great location and Linda was very nice. Cute place to stay for a family of four and close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We will be back next year!

The property was not as shown in the photograph; we were not in a one story street level but over the garage with steps. The host was incredible with response and providing suggestions for restaurants (that all were great!). We had an outstanding experience and hope to stay here again in the future. The microwave was broken but we didn't need it except to heat up our coffee when it cooled. Such a refreshing stay with 2 blocks to the shore and the same to the nearby Lido marina with water side restaurants. Wish we didn't have to leave!

We love staying in this cottage. Very clean, close to everything and the owner is very responsive.This was our 3rd time staying here and we will be back.A huge plus is having a garage so we don't have to search for parking in a busy beach area.

Great location

Great location,nice snug cottage (we were able to stay in front cottage) and Owner/manager was very accommodating. We would definitely like to stay here again next time we come to Newport Beach

Overall the place was nice and quiet and right on the beach. We did run into a few difficulties with the owner of the place as well as some of the appliances not working and the strictness of the house. The privacy from owner to renter was a bit different than other rental properties we have stayed at. The place itself was lovely and very convenient for the area. The bikes were a great addition and it made it easy to get to places without having to pull the car out.

Great lttle cosy place, but parking is difficult unless you have a small vehicle to park in the garage. I have a Tahoe n was quit the effort to get in the garage. Over all great place.

Great stay with friends. Comfortable beds. We were out and about most of the time but would have been comfortable being there more for a bbq or small get together. We sat on the patio, rode the bikes and parked our car in the garage, which was clutch! It was great for a group of 3. It sleeps more but could feel a little small depending on your expectations. I would stay again as the proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect.

This little place was really compact and nice . There were plenty of blankets. From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect . It was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I would totally stay here again.

This cottage was very well stocked, comfortable and in a fantastic location - walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach. The owner was responsive and helpful. My family of 5 had a wonderful time; we wish we could have stayed longer!

This rental was perfect for our weekend get away. It was close to the beautiful beach and other activities. Linda was a great host and was very helpful. She even brought us an extra bike so we could all have one. We would definitely stay here again.
