A relaxing getaway in the tranquil mountains of Appalachia. The cabin is a remodeled bank barn, with the original beams and stonework, but with modern amenities. The outdoor spaces include a relaxing front porch, a stamped concrete patio, and fire pit with smokeless solo stove, and easy access to bald eagle state forest, and penns creek.

We will definitely be back. It is quiet and peaceful. You do lose internet and GPS when it rains. So always have directions available. Other then that, it’s the perfect escape from everyday life.

Great comfy cozy cabin to kick back and relax. It was nice to get away from it all. We stayed 3 peaceful nights. We participated in the tractor show that was happening at Penns Cave which was about 45 minutes away. Would rent this property again!

Great place

Stayed for a night after a PSU game. It was an hour from campus but an easy drive. Place is very clean and charming. Has comfortable amenities including being nice and warm when we arrived on a chilly night. The owner pays close attention to details and is considerate. Highly recommend.

PSU WEEKEND

Owner was very accommodating and met us at the property to discuss the details. The cabin had all necessary kitchen items for us to stay in & make dinner. We were heading to PSU game day so we didn't have much time to enjoy the outside porch or yard, but it would be perfect for a night time campfire. Interior of cabin was very warm and inviting.
