Bring the family & friends to this beautiful 2-story townhome in Hot Springs Village just a short walk to Lake Desoto & Waypoint Marina where you can rent pontoon boats, kayaks, etc.. Peaceful & quiet neighborhood with a common area gazebo with a view of the lake . You'll have all that you need to enjoy your stay & the Wi-Fi is great in case you need to work a little while you're here. Just 2 miles inside of the West gate and close to Golf, Tennis, Fishing, & Pickleball.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was lovely, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything listed was there, and the location felt private, peaceful, and quiet.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Check in was easy. Communication with John was always quick and very responsive. The condo is in a great location with easy access to all the amenities in HSV. Would stay here again!

The house was spotless and clean. It was roomy and you don’t feel that the pictures lied. The host was incredibly easy to work with. An issue arose, I contacted the host, and within 20 minutes, the issue was rectified. The beds were comfortable. The AC was fantastic. I can keep on listing things that made our family trip fantastic. But the end of the day, if my wife and I ever went back to Hot Springs, I would not look for another place but rather rebook the house because we had such an amazing experience.

We was lovely me and my family enjoyed our time there the lake view was wonderful we walked down to lake John was sweet im welcoming and leaving we also go to a beach there its a coulpe of them incase pleole font know the one we go to Balboa Beach real nice go eveytime i come to Hot Springs thanks will stay again

The host was very responsive! Anything I asked for, he got it for me. Very comfy, spacious townhouse that fit our family of 6 very well. There isn't anything that I can think of that I would ever complain about. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.

We thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse. It was very comfortable and pretty and very quiet. There was a lovely very short walk to a beautiful view of De Soto Lake with a little dock to sit on and also a place very very close by to set up and relax out of the sun if needed very nice.

Stay was unbelievable, so much peace and quiet! Perfect place to get away!!! Property was clean and full of amenities. Got there and didn't want to leave the house to go do anything. So comfortable and cozy!!!!

Our stay was great. I would recommend this property to any guest. The owner, Mr. Adam was easy to get in touch with after we could not find the house, we FaceTime and he directed us straight there and we had an exciting, excellent stay.

The condo overall was enaculate clean. We had the best time with our children, their significant others, & best friends during our stay. It has been determined they all want to come back next year. 2026 it is!

John was an exceptional host. This rental met my family needs. We prepared family meals with their nice cookware. We pack toilet paper, trash liners, and whatnot to make sure we’re covered. There was no need because there was plenty. When I reached out about some missing items in the kitchen, John offered to have them delivered during our stay! I thanked him for going above and beyond. The location is fantastic! It is right by the lake. My husband and grandchildren loved that. It was quiet. The outside trash receptacle is conveniently placed near the unit. I could just go on about this rental. The only disappointment was there wasn’t a TV in the children’s room for them to watch cartoons. Even with that, it doesn’t take away from the 5-star rating!

In our area, they offer golf, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, playgrounds, fishing, boat marina, hiking trails and paths along the lake. A 24 hour Walmart is less than 10 minutes from the property and gas stations are less than a mile away.
Looking for activities? Within 30 minutes are: Maxwell Blade Magic Show, Garvin Gardens, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, Magic Springs Amusement, Coleman's mineral mining and zip line, Hot Springs famous Bath Houses and shops plus other fun things. The Village offers 7 lakes with some having beach, swimming areas, picnic tables and BBQs. Coronado fitness center and pool are available to guests on a daily rental basis. Visiting on a Sunday? There are plenty of churches to choose from. For more information of events happening in the village, go to HSVPOA.org. If you haven't visited HSV before, it is truly a great place to vacation and a very safe gated community
