LGBTQ+ owned and operated Cottage property in the heart of Downtown Hot Springs. Welcome to Miss Scarlet. This victorian home is one of 3 homes on the property. She was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel, to bnb. This home is curated to perfection and perfect for photos if you desire ( Check with in house photographer and owner, Madison Hurley). Scarlet is a 1 minute walk to Bathhouse Row including many shops and restaurants. Children 10+ allowed, no pets. Exterior cameras facing entrances and carport for guest’s safety.

This is an amazingly unique property. The house is decorated in a vintage, eclectic style that made our vacay extra special. I especially loved all the house plants! There was lots of space, comfy beds and everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The location is a couple blocks from Bathhouse Row so it was a quick walk to the National Park, food and shopping. The owner was super responsive and kind. We greatly enjoyed ourselves!

We loved our stay so much! Not only was the house beautiful and eclectically decorated, it was very clean and updated while still keeping true to the charm of the house. The house was well furnished with everything we could ask for in the kitchen and lots of extra towels. Hands down the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on outside our home. Also loved being visited by the residential kitties. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean, well laid out, and in the perfect location! The house had lots of historical charm, with the right touches of modern updates! Beautiful scenery, all amenities that one would need during their stay, and within walking distance from the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Will definitely book here again in the future!

Location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. House is beautiful, with modern amenities while also conserving the history of the house! Madison was wonderful with communicating with us with anything we needed. Looking forward to being able to stay here again

Everything was easy, perfect and as described. We found the beds comfortable and the place was very clean. Love the Victorian decor of this home, it fits the history. It is so well maintained. Getting to the downtown area and bath houses was all walkable. The porch on the house provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay again, the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

That driveway sucks. Street parking if you can’t get it! Beautiful property soooo cool! Very clean and cozy. It was like a dream. THE HISTORY is my fav part! Close to the downtown, just lots of stairs!

Hey Tiffini! So glad yall enjoyed your stay and got to meet a few of the cats :) sorry to hear yall had some difficulty with the driveway. We include a tidbit about taking it at an angle in our checkin instructions since it’s so steep. I appreciate your feedback and will try to be clearer about that with folks so they understand the best way to enter.

I loved this property. I felt like I walked into the house from Practical Magic! Every room was decorated to perfection. We stayed as a family of five had tons of room. I want to go back and try the other rental property they have!

What a fantastic house! The host has done an excellent job of preserving its historic charm while thoughtfully modernizing key features. Nestled into the side of a mountain, the property offers a beautiful garden and a wonderful outdoor deck where we spent evenings watching fireflies—and even spotted a deer one morning. The location is also ideal, with easy walking access to all the downtown attractions and activities. It's the perfect blend of character, comfort, and convenience.
