This three bedroom luxury condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Conveniently located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, you'll have prime access to the slopes and all this town has to offer. This home is recently fully renovated with updated appliances and exquisite interior details.
LOCATION │ King’s Quarters is ideally located on the 16th hole of Park City Golf Course, right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. From the doorstep, it’s an easy three-minute walk to the lower ski lifts at the base. This is a particularly prime location as PCMR has implemented parking policies requiring drivers to make reservations in advance and pay a $25 per day fee. Avoid the hassle and enjoy the ease of accessibility in this excellent location! Beyond the slopes, Historic Main Street is just a mile up the road. Take a quick drive to Main to enjoy endless restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries and more. There is a bus stop a few steps away from the condo offering free, easy transportation to virtually anywhere in Park City. If you choose to rent or bring a vehicle, there is one underground garage parking space available.

The attention to interior detail creates a mountain modern feel that is cozy chic. The property includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms offering exquisite décor, premium linens, ample storage and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly into the living room. This open floor plan is fitting for small group entertainment and relaxation. The living space offers ample seating, a gas fireplace, advanced audio/visual systems and good vibes all around. From the living room, step right outside onto the private deck for a soak in the private hot tub and take in the beautiful views of the Park City Golf Course and the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. The Three Kings Condominium complex offers exclusive access to the outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor saunas and clubhouse facilities. We always love spending our ski vacation here. The property is clean and extremely convenient to the First Time and Eagle ski lifts. My teens enjoy that they can walk to Starbucks from the condo and the hot tub is always a big hit. Wonderful place to spend a week.

Home was clean, well stocked and just at the listing stated. Communication with host was amazing. Location was great! It's located across the street from the "First Time" lift, making it an easy walk to the slopes and about a 30 min walk to main street and a 15 minute walk to the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent property and was a relaxing stay for our family of 4. We were able to add an extra day to start the reservation a day sooner than initially planned. The kitchen is clean, well designed and well organized. The back porch and hot tub wonderful and the bedrooms and common areas comfortable and inviting. The record player is a surprisingly lovely addition. Jodi, the host, was extremely responsive, kind and accommodating. We hope to stay again in the winter or summer season. A true gem of a spot, well situated for outdoor activities for all seasons and close to everything tucked on a quiet private road.

The house was as comfortable and inviting as the pictures made it look. Everything worked well and everything needed for comfortable living was there.

Had a great stay! Home was very clean and beds were super comfortable. We all loved the hot tub and how close it was to the slopes!

Absolutely stunning rental, everything from the furniture to the the pots and pans was first class. Very swanky and clean. Hot tub was phenomenal with beautiful views. 5min walk to park city mountain ski lifts, couldn't ask for anything more.

Great condo close to slopes
Condo was comfortable and very well appointed with everything we could have needed. Nicely furnished with great art. Right across the street from PC base area. Would stay here again.
