Laurel Grove is the place to be!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was beautiful inside and out! Perfect location if you want to be close to everything but still like to enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings. Grocery store, beach, pool, restaurants, shops are all just a golf cart drive away. Beds are comfy. AC was freezing, had to turn down a few times but I’d rather be cold than hot in the Florida heat! Absolutely loved the 3 full bathrooms so we all could get ready at once. Property management team was very helpful in explaining the resort map and locations of popular spots and accessing the free daily passes were very helpful; my boys really enjoyed bike riding around the property. Definitely will stay again if we visit this area.

A great trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in great shape, with lots of amenities including beach chairs and fishing poles. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for gathering as a family. The promise of free golf and discounts didn’t prove helpful as none of it was very close. The golf carts were a great addition and we enjoyed using them rather than the car. All in all it was a great experience!

Fantastic home in a perfect location! Check-in was a breeze, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need—and more. The golf carts were a huge hit and made getting around so easy. We were able to reach just about anywhere local in minutes. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying there. The staff is great. We have stayed several times and always have golf cart issues. They don’t have time in between renters to maintenance them properly. They always help the best way they can to keep them running which we appreciate but they need to be completely gone through or replaced. The location is great. I would have given them 5 stars but just get frustrated with the carts. We specifically rent the properties that come with carts since we enjoy them so much

This was our 2nd time staying in Laurel Grove and absolutely love it. This location rental was perfect and we will absolutely choose this particular rental for future stays due to the outstanding golf carts and fishing in back yard.

Perfect Family Vacation

Quiet neighborhood next to the pool, hot tub, gym, and lake. Sandestin is a wonderful and beautiful place with heated pools, activities, restaurants, beach, etc. just a golf cart ride away. Golf cart has plenty of battery and is plenty fast. House is nice, clean and fully stocked if you want to cook. Destin has fantastic restaurants and tons of fun stuff to do

Nice

The house was nice. My only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was hard. I had to go buy an egg crate to put on it.

Beautiful property

Very clean, well-stocked and spacious. We stayed with two adults, three teens and a 7 year old and were very comfortable. The furniture was new and very nice and all the appointments were first-class. Location was perfect for us as well. If I could improve one thing it would be to add air conditioning to the second floor. There's one bedroom and one bath up there and they get very very hot. But overall we loved the place. Thanks for a great stay.

Low key perfect spot for access to beach, night life, shopping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my two teen kids and their friends. It was the perfect spot to stay away from the busy crowds but had very easy access to the beach, restaurants, night life, and shopping. The golf carts are a must have and makes it to where you don’t even need to drive your car your entire stay. Jason and Dave were both very responsive to texts and we will definitely be back again!

Number of beds matter

Pros: House was nice, the neighborhood is great. We love the golf carts and the beach equipment provided. Cons: The upstairs bedroom is 1 bed short ! It has 1 queen bed and a twin bed. It does not have a trundle bed. In the closet there is a air mattress but it doesnt hold air. The beach was completely packed, as tight as stadium seating. We found a public beach down hwy 98. It was fantastic! Huge shallow area for kids. Parking just off the road.

Great rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Sandestin once before in a different area but I really enjoyed this area. The golf cart came in handy to go to the beach and also to travel back and forth to the restaurants at Baytowne wharf . I actually slept better at this rental than I do at my own house. I would stay here again. Also of note- they have a container out back with various pool items. Boogie boards, chairs, sand toys- so don’t run out and buy any.Thank you for a great stay!

Great Everything!!

This house met all our needs. Two moms, a group of 17 year olds and a puppy. The bedrooms were spacious along with the bathrooms. The boys had the upstairs and never bothered us moms downstairs. The location was perfect-quiet is the understatement-we had the pool near us and the lake directly behind us. The only issue we had is we tried to catch the tram to/from the beach and Wharf but because we didn't have an actual key to the house-we were not able to ride on it. That was a little frustrating. We will definitely be back and actually already looking at dates in the future.
