The condo on Sandy beach faces the ocean directly with fabulous views. A queen sleeper sofa in the Living area offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Pools, Jacuzzis, Gym, Spa, Bocce ball and Volleyball, Restaurant, convenience store, 24hr security, Princesa has it all.

Of all the condos I have stayed at in Rocky Point over the last 5 years, I believe this one was my favorite- even more so than those at Las Palomas next door. The property is maintained beautifully, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the vibe of the resort is calm and relaxing. My room felt cozy and comfortable, with a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the grounds and the ocean from the balcony. The short walk over to the ocean from the room the took us right past Colin's Restaurant. It was super convenient not to have to carry a room key, since it is a coded lock. The pools were nice as was the hot tub but I spent most of my time at the beach, which by the way, has NO ROCKS on that part of the shoreline! I'm already hoping to rebook here later in the year.

This place was great. We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and access. The room was clean and cozy. The patio had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was a short walk down to the beach. La Princesa is located near many bars & restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

Great location and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The condo was comfortable, with a great view of the ocean. We loved relaxing on the balcony.

The Condo was very clean and had all the needs. The only thing we did have to grab was coffee filters and no Togo containers to take stuff down on the beach. If you were to cook and do that. But the bed was super comfy and the shower was nice and up to date!

Everything was great except the pull out couch wouldn’t go back from bed to couch. But maintenance was quick to come fix it both times. Pull out bed is not comfortable though. Condo was decorated super cute and great location!!

The unit was in good shape: clean, most every basic thing in the kitchen, adequate space, comfortable porch, furniture, good wifi, and enough toilet paper. However, the check-in was not smooth. We had to wait at the entrance gate for 30 minutes because the owner had not put us in the system. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and broken. One morning, two men came unannounced and began to use the door code to enter. Luckily, I made it to the door before they opened it (we had people changing clothes inside!). They were there to check the sofa bed, so perhaps it is no longer an issue.

The condo was in great condition- clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very appreciative of the cold fridge!! It is also about a 10th of a mile (if that)To the ocean. There are three swimming pools on the site. The property was very well maintained. We will definitely be back!

3 night family trip

The stay was great. The condo was nice and clean. Perfect spot as well right off the elevator and near Colin’s restaurant. I definitely would recommend this condo , it’s on the quieter side with no pool in front. We did have a bumpy start with check in due to miss communication between the owners. However once we got a hold of owner via phone with the help of the resort staff it went smooth of there forward.

Adorable condo

Great rental experience. Easy to communicate with, condo was updated in cute beachy decor. Very simple to check in. Not to mention the great views. Try out Colin’s Cantina and the newly opened La Joya Bistro next door. Amazing all the way around. Appreciate you hosting us!

My granddaughter and I arrived in Rocky point at 1:30 PM. We texted the host to see if we could enter the property earlier. She said we could not since the housekeeping was cleaning the room. We went to have something to eat and arrived at the condo at 4 PM. When we got there, the condo was dirty. The bed was not made, there was garbage in the bathroom, trash in the kitchen was full, a garbage bag left in the hall way, trash in the bedroom and the ironing board and iron were left in the master bedroom. Dirty dishes in the sink and pots on the stove. The sofa bed was pulled out with sheets on the bed, not made. We texted the host, she did not respond. Finally had to reach out to Vrbo. Vrbo try to reach the host, and was not able to reach the host either. I asked Vrbo if they had another accommodation for us. They told us no. They then said they would give us 120 so we could go buy sheets somewhere to put on the bed. I said are you kidding me? I have no idea where I can buy sheets at this time and I said what about the mess in the apartment? Am I supposed to clean the dishes take out the garbage, and make the beds? It was totally unacceptable. Eventually, we heard from the host and she cleaned the apartment. We had to go leave the apartment again and come back around 5 o'clock. Although the premises were beautiful, and the amenities are very nice this was a very disappointing way to start our vacation.
