OCEANFRONT condo with private deck that was recently remodeled. This 1st floor beachfront condo is bright, sleeps 6 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a full kitchen, dining and living area, sleeper sofa, 50 inch TV and a separate TV in the both bedrooms. Washer and Dryer across hall. Free WiFI

Fabulous location on spectacular Shore Drive located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive is away from the mainstream traffic yet only minutes from Grocery Stores, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and over 100 golf courses. The condo is located about 600 yards from the Apache Pier with great fishing,

This spectacular unit in A Place at the Beach V is located on prestigious Shore Drive. The complex and surrounding areas have recently undergone a complete renovation of siding, poolside patios and walkways. The poolside patio has new decking with an Outdoor Shower. There are only 4 steps to get to this gorgeous 1st floor condo.

This is a ground floor condo. There is no need to carry luggage and groceries up multiple flights of stairs. The condo is less than 10 yards from the pool and 30 yards from the beach. It is the ultimate in convenience. Nearby activities include: Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Nascar Race Park, Carolina Opry, Le Grand Cirque, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Plant Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, miniature golf, Water Parks, Tangers Outlet Mall and Movies. It is about a 200 yard walk down the beach to the World Famous ' Ocean Annies ' outdoor oceanfront bar and grill.

Last minute discounts available. Linen rental is available for $110. No smoking is permitted in condo. Smoking is permitted on outdoor deck. Check-in time is 4:00. No Pets. Low Monthly rates for Jan - Feb - March.

The good part was it was close to the beach and pool. The bad part is it was really dirty, the updates that had been done weren’t done properly. Sloppy drywall work. Bottom of the master bathroom door is splitting. There was no shower curtain liner. Very minimal cooking supplies. No baking sheets. It by no means is an 8/10 like others had posted. More like 1-2/10 I wish I could post pics.

I apologize for the lack of shower curtain. The housekeeping company missed it. They would have replaced it if we were informed before the last day of your weekly stay. The also would have dusted the ceiling fan. The drywall in the closet must allow for access to the utilities. The condo has plates, utensils, pots and pans. I don’t know what type of baking sheet that you wanted. Nobody has mentioned it before. Sorry that you were disappointed.

Great location

Loved being right by the pool and on the beach. Very close to Ocean Annies. Loved walking down on the beach and listening to the band .

Nice update condo.

Great location, very clean. Bed in the master bedroom could be a little nicer but overall we enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive.

Great Location

I loved the location and the host was great to communicate with. The unit could use some upgrades and a deep cleaning. Other than that, our vacation was great.

"The Most Spectacular View"

We had the most enjoyable time staying at the condo. It was very clean, updated & had everything to accomodate my family. The view was breath-taking overlooking the pool and ocean front. The entire property was very well kept. My family & I will definately be returning next year, thank you!!!

End of Summer Getaway

The condo has everything you need super clean and very comfortable. It is steps to the pool and very close to beach. We love it!!!! Will be back again. Owner responds right away and takes care of any problems. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful place at the beach.
