Great house! We hosted my sister's bachelorette party here and it was perfect. It had the perfect amount of space, lots of cool decor that everyone loved. Nice outdoor area as well. Got lots of great pics, would def recommend!

This house was awesome. We had 12 people and I thought 2 bathrooms were going to be hard but it worked out. The pool was awesome. We spent more time in the pool than in the beach. Beach was close by in a car. The beds were comfortable. The host Bri was very responsive to my messages. Plenty of seating and kitchen was huge and had a lot of appliances. We will definitely come again.

Great weekend! House met our needs perfectly and it was the prefect “staycation” to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday!

Beautiful house. Had a few minor maintenance issues but still had a wonderful time. It was very easy to communicate with the host and she was very nice.

Great home!

This home was a big hit with all the family. It had everything we needed and was located close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us staying. Sabrina made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to messages.

Great property for families

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property! There was something for everyone as we had a family get together each day for celebrating an engagement, Thanksgiving, and a birthday! Plenty of space for our larger group. The fire pit was a big hit for the cooler evenings! The kitchen and dining spaces were ample for our large group. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in the Seminole area! Thank you to Sabrina for being a great host and answering any questions that we had while we stayed there!

Perfect for a trip with your girlfriends!

We had a group of ~10 girls for a bachelorette weekend here and absolutely loved it. Very close to the beach; a bit of a drive from nightlife. The weather was bad (too cold for the beach) but the pool was heated and lovely so we were still able to enjoy it. Every corner of this house looks like it was designed for Instagram and the decor definitely has a feminine feel. Beds were comfortable (bunk bed was just a little creaky). Lots of space to hang out all together or in smaller groups around the house and outside. All around it was perfect for what we needed and we couldn't be happier. The bride loved it too!

STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! That’s what it would be for this place. The host, Bri, did not communicate well with me. I paid an extra 100 fee for the pool heater. Guess what?! The pool was cold and dirty upon arrival. Next, the floors were dirty. My child’s socks were black. Next, the freezer wouldn’t open and I barely squeezed my hand in for ice, next the tub had a slow drain and was very slippery; that was an existing problem prior to my arrival. After speaking to the host, Bri, she did offer to help with finding another property for my family and I to stay. I informed her that you can try, but I’m leaving and I would like a refund for the unused nights and the fee for the pool heater. Bri never offered another place and so I requested a refund for the unused nights. She had the audacity to decline my refund. I’m 2 days in my stay and had 5 days of unused nights. Why would I want to stay somewhere paying nearly 4K, interrupt my spring break; and this is the way you treat your guests?!?? Bri is an awful host and I would recommend to all reading this to trust me and stay away. Take your money and use it elsewhere.

Great Stay!

We had 8 ladies stay the weekend at this home. It is decorated beautifully and is great for entertaining. We were all very comfortable and had a great time! The pool is not heated but a couple of the girls hopped in anyway and it was very well maintained. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
