On the Beach! Oceanfront Beachfront Condo in Station One Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo in the heart of Wrightsville beach. Incredible Ocean front views and a balcony for sitting in the sun and then relaxing in the shade in the middle of the day. Sunsets off the back breezeway will inspire you to be a photographer. Beach access at the pool gate just minutes away with beach chairs we provide. Walking distance to coffee shops, great restaurants and shops in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Newly furnished, incredibly comfortable beds, large flat screen tv's, Bose wave and sound bar for surround sound. Our kitchen is designed and stocked for the cook at heart. Our local seafood market a bike ride away will have everything you need for a great beach meal. We think it is a great place to escape from it all, curl up and relax! Based off our past guest, they do too!

Quite possibly my favorite rental property ever! The unit was beautiful, exceptionally clean, so thoughtfully equipped, conveniently located, and incredibly relaxing. The host was very responsive and friendly. Just an overall wonderful experience. Many thanks!

Perfect beach getaway!We had an amazing stay at this Wrightsville Beach condo. The oceanfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views of both the sunrise and the sunset. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed.It is perfectly located for easy access from the mainland, offers ample parking, and is a quick, easy walk to fantastic local restaurants and ice cream shops. We absolutely loved our morning and evening walks on the beach. Highly recommended!we will be going back for sure.

Wonderful spring break getaway

This was our 2nd time staying here. Wonderful condo. Super clean, comfy beds, great kitchen and the best view! We loved it and will be back.

A+ property!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and have to say this was one of the best! Very clean, tastefully decorated, incredible views, nice bed linens and pillows, well-stocked kitchen, and ideal location in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying!

Our family stayed for the 2nd time in Laura’s beautiful condo and had a wonderful experience again! The unit is so clean and well-kept, with many thoughtful touches throughout. The view is amazing and location is perfect. I’m sure we’ll be staying again in the future!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the property. All nicely updated inside and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Extremely clean throughout. Very nice balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Great location. Owners were very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We previously stayed at this complex, but this unit was soooo much nicer. It was comfortable, decorated beautiful and very well equipped for our stay. Our host was also great and very communicative. 5 stars all the way!!

Fantastic vacation

The condo was beautiful and exactly as advertised with everything we could need and an amazing view! It was great to have direct beach access and the pool as an option and there are amazing restaurants just across the street. We parked our car and didn’t have to move it again until the week was over. One of the best beach rentals I’ve ever had!

Outstanding beachfront condo

We had a wonderful week at Wrightsville beach. The condo was so well stocked that it felt like home. We even played Pickleball as a couple one day and with my brother and his partner another day. This condo had everything we needed and our host, Laura was so helpful.

Great!

Well appointed and stocked vacation rental. The hosts were easily accessible if needed. Great location to walk to dining and shopping on the island, or hop in the car and head back into Wilmington. The condo and the building were maintained well and clean! Highly recommend.

We are long time guests of Station One and finally have purchased our own condo! We look forward to sharing our space with others who would enjoy Wrightsville Beach as we do. We also have a home in Asheville and are lucky to enjoy the best of both worlds...mountains to sea.

This property is unique because of its great location, both in the building and in the Wrightsville Beach community. We are steps away from the beach as well as all the great restaurants, rental boards and bikes and the very popular walking/running loop. No car necessary but we do have convenient parking. In addition to the pool, we have a playground, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor grilling area.

The benefits of this particular condo within Station One is the beautiful view from the front balcony of the incredible sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. The condo is located on the 6th floor which offers great long range views of Wrightsville Beach.
