Our second stay here, and definitely the relaxing beach spot you’re looking for. Clean, stocked with amenities for a few days or a week, and quiet ‘just off the beach’ vibe

Such a great location! Walking distances to restaurants, shops, and a small grocery store. Right off the beach with 2 parking spots. Super clean! Will be booking again!

The place was very clean all around. It is in the perfect area, walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants. Host was very responsive 100% recommend to stay here.

Excellent beach getaway

Luke’s property is perfect for close access to the beach on a quiet street along with all the amenities you need for a quick trip or extended stay. We would book this property again in a heart beat!

Lumina Paradise is modern, clean, and full of amenities. The location is wonderful, being walking distance to not only the beach, but also several restaurants and shops. It is a lively area, but the neighborhood revelry did not disturb our sleep. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We had a couple of technical glitches while there and found Luke to be very communicative and always polite. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

salt life Surf House

Perfect beach getaway at the Surf House. The decretive surfboards were missing but everything was awesome otherwise. Will definitely stay there again!

Quaint and Comfortable

Property is extremely clean and quaint, right in the middle of town. Furniture is comfortable and amenities are perfect for a beach stay. Luke was very communicative throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Building is a little beat on the outside but the interior is quality for sure. Everything you would need in the kitchen and just a cute place essentially right on the beach. Great value!

Great place to stay in heart of Wrightsville Beach

Nice place. Great location. In first floor unit you do hear people above you. Great location. Close to beach and shops. Seamless check in and great communication from owner. Updated kitchen has everything you need.

Very pleased with the quality of the small appliances, kitchen items. Sometimes Owners seem to cheapen the experience, yet this owner had nice quality furniture, and provided many small convenient things.

Beautiful apartment/location, everything you need

The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated in a cozy/modern beach vibe, with comfy beds, everything you could possibly need available (shampoo, body wash, laundry pods were particularly appreciated so we didn't need to purchase and waste leftovers!). Steps away from a sandy beach. Plenty of places to eat close by. The only "minus" is the noise from the upstairs apartment (it isn't obnoxious, just footsteps and occasional thuds during daytime and briefly around 1am - probably a trip to the bathroom or something lol), but I was expecting it from another review, so didn't bother me. Everything good FAR outweighs the sounds. I'd love to stay again and hope to!
