This 1 bedroom plus modern precise home was designed and custom built by Victoria Lesser. It's filled with furnishings that bring style and comfort to the space within its petite footprint.

The pics show the details of how this house "has been dressed" by Victoria who did the original restoration & furnishing of the well known North Branch Inn, as well as the design and furnishing of another illustrious resort, The Antrim Streamside.

Hands down the best place we have stayed in this area. We knew it would be having experienced Victoria’s hospitality when she was running an historic inn nearby. This modern house is so well-designed….beautiful, light and efficient with everything you need within easy reach. And Victoria has put in all of her unique design touches to make it feel like home.

Blissful getaway in Callicoon NY

Beautifully designed & appointed house; terrific location -- on edge of town, but five minute walk to town center; lovely hostess -- our only regret was that we didn't have more time to stay there!

Great spot for exploring Callicoon!

Victoria’s house is thoughtfully designed and we loved watching passing storms from the screened in porch. Walkable to everything in town and we’d absolutely stay again!

Gorgeous home in Callicoon

Victorias home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is situated in a great location, convenient to shops and restaurants. We had a lovely time, and Victoria herself was extremely responsive.

Amazing place in Callicoon

This home was immaculate and had the most modern and wonderful amenities. The inside and outside offered wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy. The owner went out of her way to provide everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

A gem indeed!

From the moment we began communicating Victoria was attentive, quick to respond and enormously helpful! The house is immaculate and clearly designed by a seasoned professional. The decor was modern and tasteful with many interesting artifacts throughout from books to artwork to carefully placed antique pieces to accentuate the charm and blend beautifully with the upscale and minimalist living space. Victoria had a thorough knowledge of the area, providing recommendations for whatever suited our taste. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning soon!

High Quality and High Comfort

We loved our time at this Callicoon gem. The home is artfully designed, beautifully constructed, and so comfortable! From the towels, bedding, fixtures—all are high quality without sacrificing any comfort or practicality. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been in. The high ceilings and windows make the place feel bright and spacious. The yard in the front and back are lovely. The back is like a little fairy garden with lots of song birds around. The location was also perfect for us—with great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Victoria was a wonderful host—so thoughtful and responsive before and during our visit. She made us feel very welcome and offered a few “extras” that were above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

My Wife and I had a perfect getaway while staying at this lovely home in beautiful Callicoon, NY. This location is great, because you can walk to local markets, restaurants, a vintage movie theatre, a record store and other shops. It’s also just a short drive to Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center for Concerts. The home was beautiful, and so inviting and comfortable with many thoughtful design elements and luxury amenities. The porch and back yard felt like our own little hidden Garden, perfect for creative inspiration. Our host Victoria was just wonderful and made us feel like locals welcomed into her community. We can’t wait to visit again!

Victoria is a wonderful host, and her home is stunning, chic, AND cozy!! It is even better in person than in the photos. The perfect place for our girls' weekend, the outdoor spaces and screen porch were ideal for morning coffee and winding down with a glass of wine at the end of the night, and the location can't be beat—you can walk everywhere! The town of Callicoon is so charming; we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!
