The River Queen is a charming 3 BR, 2B house near the Upper Delaware River towns of Narrowsburg and Callicoon. Whether you are staying with friends or alone, you will enjoy the natural world that surrounds you and the soothing outdoor hot tub. The house is complete with full kitchen with dishwasher and outdoor firepit (in season), gas and charcoal grills, deck for outdoor dining, folding river chairs for outings. A second-floor suite has a private sitting room with Firestick TV, Queen bed and full bath with shower.

Great hot tub ! Walking distance to a really wonderful eclectic restaurant at the old fire station! Host was very attentive and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels. All the utensils and cooking items you will need. The host was very communicative.

Very cute home. This was a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the deer and birds. There is access to the river very close to the house that I wish we had utilized more, and some cute towns nearby that are fun to explore. Great stay! Thanks so much!

Renee did not receive the entry instructions from Vrbo so she had a bit of trouble getting in the house when they arrived after 9pm. My neighbor (daughter) helped them. She really wanted a nice getaway for her birthday. She had some trouble with the hot tub and decided to fix the problem herself by adding random chemicals. It completely threw off the balance and took a week or more to get fixed. I did give them a $50 refund for their trouble, although they did not request it.

This was a great stay adorable home that is much roomier than appears from the outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooked both with the stove and the grill outside. It was very convenient to fish and to the concert we saw at Bethel.

Beautiful cottage!

We had such a wonderful stay! Property is CLEAN and very well decorated and set up. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked inviting. The communication with the host was very good. Thank you so much!

Terrific stay in Damascus. Easy check-in and communication. House was clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was an added bonus. River entry was right across the street. We went tubing to Skinner's Falls. Callicoon is a short drive away as well. Look forward to staying here again.

Host was helpful when the units lock box froze and we couldn't get it. We slept well and really enjoyed their hot tub in the snow/cold! Heads up this unit needs some TLC: the upstairs shower leaked and so we couldn't use it.

Cute little house right by the river. The host was quick to respond and the house was one of the cleanest vrbo’s I have been too. Would definitely go back.

The Host was very responsive to our questions and the pet friendly property was perfect for our stay. The location close to the Delaware River was perfect for our visit with family and friends.We highly recommend this property for anyone that wants a great vacation location at a reasonable cost!
