Perfect house for my family of 10 adults and 4 children. Kitchen is a bit tight for that many people, but aside from that the space was perfect. Beautiful views, great fire pit area. We enjoyed our stay and made some unforgettable memories.

2025 Family summer vacation

Celebrating the New Year

Great location and is a lovely property. The view is amazing. The whole property was very clean upon arrival and check-in was seamless.

Pretty interior, small kitchen for a large group. The yard is stone , no grass to play on with kids.

Hello Steven Thank you for staying at our house. We have very detailed pictures and video of the whole property from inside and outside that also covers the entire yard. If you had taken time to review the details at the time of booking the reservation you would have noticed there is no grass at this house. We also have floor plan of the whole house on our listing that also shows the size of each rooms including the size of the kitchen. We provide as much as information as we can on our listing so the guest do not have any surprises, it is up to the guest to take time to review the information that is important to them.

Great New Hampshire Escape!

Beautiful views of the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, park/lake entrance, and mini golf. House was spacious and cozy.

Spacious with great views!

We spent Memorial Day weekend here and were really happy with the size, location, and cleanliness of the location. The hosts were great communicators and the house was well furnished (games for the kids, towels for everyone, and snacks that hit the spot). Great location - we were able to hit up Weirs Beach one day and Meredith the other. The views from house were also great, we'd highly recommend this location to others.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here with our extended family (group of 10). The house was clean, well organized, very comfortable beds and the layout was perfect with great views! It surpassed our expectations! The owner had thought of everything to accommodate for a fun time! (Also having phone chargers in every room, board games, and a kitchen full of necessary ingredients were a great treat!) Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Quality Experience all the way around

Beautiful property, well maintained, and updated. Pristine condition with every amenity you could ask for in a rental property, most every need for the traveler has been considered. Communication with property manager was immediate and accommodating. Would return again for certain

Great Ski Trip House

We had the pleasure of sharing this property with friends of ours and their kids. The house was so spacious and thoughtfully laid out where we all had our own space as well as plenty of room to socialize all together. Everything was very clean and well kept. There was a very well Equipped The hosts were great with communication and answered the few questions that we had. Checking into the property and checking out were quick and easy. The location of the property was 6min from Gunstock Mtn, and about 8min from Patrick’s Pub and and other necessities.

I would not recommend this home. There were several issues and the listing made the house seem much nicer than it actually was. One of the biggest concerns was the ant infestation which we noticed immediately upon arrival. Another was the smell in the basement and outside as well - it smelled like sewage and was very strong at times. The sofa beds in the basement were absolutely disgusting and unusable with yellow stains and mold. This affected our sleeping arrangements as we were a group of 10 people. The outside area was an eye sore, very unkept with tall weeds everywhere. There was also construction going on and we had to look at dirt the entire time with workers actually using machinery one of the days when we arrived back home. The house could have been beautiful and had great potential if it was taken care of properly. When we contacted the owner regarding the issues and to request a partial refund, they weren’t very understanding or accommodating. They took no accountability whatsoever and blamed the former guests for the ant problem and ruined cornhole game outside. Between the ants, the smells, and the general run down condition of the house, it really put a damper on things. Of course we didn’t let it ruin our vacation but were extremely disappointed. We should have been informed of the ant problem ahead of time and the photos in general were very misleading. I would have given 3 stars but chose 2 due to the lack of accountability of the owner and poor communication

Pros were great location, beautiful views , well appointed kitchen, private, close to the everything Cons were smoke detector was chirping on arrival and several more started chirping during the week, one at 2 am. There is a black ant infestation, outside the back fence area is or was recently under construction, loose toilet seats, basement queen pull out sofa beds were not usable moldy underneath and structurally worn. Shower head lower basement was broken. Just not up to what we expected for the money we spent
