Our condo is conveniently located in Glendale. Nearby you will find Arrowhead Mall, Peoria Sports complex, movie theater and many restaurants, and all are 5 miles of the condo. Major medical facilities are within walking distance of the condo. Numerous golf courses that are opened to the public are just minutes away. The trendy Westgate City Center, Jobing Arena and the Cardinals Stadium are nearby (within 10 miles). Catch a spring training baseball game in the spring or watch the Arizona Diamondbacks in the summer. In the fall you can see the Arizona Cardinals in their new stadium. Year round, there are many activities to enjoy in the greater Phoenix area. Plan your next vacation in Phoenix, you won't be disappointed.

Condo was clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking Walking path nearby, golf courses within 30 minutes and White Tank Mountain in 45 minutes

Will definitely try and stay here again the next time in the Phoenix area.

This was a nice space, had everything stocked for what you would need for staying in a apartment/condo. Was centrally located and close to freeway, restaurants, places to go. Will definitely try and stay here again the next time in the Phoenix area.

Very nice area, close to the grocery. Very clean, exactly what we expected. Change the air filter more often. Sneezed my head off only complaint. Would stay here again.

I found the property clean and well kept

The property was well located, it had a covered parking space with the unit which proved to be very beneficial in the 118 temperatures. The only small issue was that there was no coffee pot for the coffee maker, but it did have a single serve option so we managed. The property owner was very nice and helpful.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. Everything was neat and clean. Comfortable beds. Great location as our daughter lives just a couple miles away. Will definitely stay here again.

Condo met our needs perfectly. Loved that the parking space was close to front door. Some noise from upstairs neighbors. Shower was good, slept well. Close to grocery store and other.

Overall very nice.

This condo is nice, but not new. It is clean and comfortable. The best thing is the location. Easy walking to grocery and many restaurants. There is also a great park right behind the complex that is very convenient for sports, walking, biking, or walking your dog.

Great location in Glendale

Nice clean condo located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & grocery stores. Condo has all the amenities listed, nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable family room. Queen size bed was comfortable. Excellent place to stay. Complex was clean and quiet.

Our third time in this rental

Great location close to everything, especially the recreational trails adjoining the complex. Condo always is well stocked with all you need for a nice stay. Communication with owner is easy and responsive.

As advertised !!!

Since we're from New England we depended heavily on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Property was well maintained and immaculate. Very convenient to everything on the west side of Phoenix. As a tip the Glendale public library is nearby and has a number of excellent programs available. My wife signed up for exercise classes, which she is really enjoying, and believe the cost was like $10 for three months. Overall an excellent property and Kim very responsive to any questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Two weeks was not long eneough

We loved this property, it was so well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were extremely comfortable to the point that I looked to see the brand! Loved the walk in closet and space ! I would recommend this to anyone! Such a convenient location with everything close by. Hopefully can get back here again

Great Location, Cozy Home

Rented this place for two weeks and were completely satisfied with property. Very well equipped, quiet, cozy, great location, anything you need is very close by. It was a great stay.

Very Desirable

My sister and I found this condominium very convenient and quite comfortable due to the generosity of the owners! The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were all well stocked. Although we are senior citizens, families would enjoy this place as well. Entertainment options and pool toys were available. The unit was close to pool and adjacent to the tennis court. We were appreciative that the building was in a quiet section of the complex and the assigned parking spot was so close to out unit.

Returning for another stay

Great location, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, hospital plus more. Walking, biking trails join the property. Well maintained and owner is very responsive and available if needed. Will come back again.

thunderbird paseo was WONDERFUL

condo was clean and well stocked with supplies from cleaning products to toilet paper and salt and pepper!! we met many nice, friendly tenants who were repeat visitors to this complex.and one who has been living there for 12 years! all agreed that this is a super great place. we loved the location ---- it seemed like everything we wanted was at most 15 minutes away. fry's super market was only a couple blocks away and we shopped there often finding good prices and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location, close to just about everything

We especially liked the walking/biking trails next to condo. The number pad door lock was a plus with no keys to deal with. Condo is well equipped with most everything to make your stay enjoyable. Owner very responsive. Fry's grocery store just a short walk away.
