Washer, Dryer, and Ironing board for your convenience. You have access and may enjoy the amenities of the large swimming pool, hotub, gym, pool table, tennis & pickleball courts. Pool floaties are located in closet. This condo complex is located next to hospital and emergency walk in clinic. It is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store if you don't have vehicle transportation. 25 minutes form Airport and Westgate Shopping Event Center, ASU, Peoria Sports Complex, Top Golf and The Cardinals Stadium. Excellent place to stay

I'm a travel nurse and I move around a lot and I got to say this is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Tasha is more than amazing. She's a great communicator and it was highly appreciated. Hope to be back one day!

Great location

We stayed at this property in March to go to Spring Training baseball games. The location is perfect for all the parks, especially those on the West side of Phoenix. It also is close to grocery stores. Being right off Thunderbird, it is also close to both the 101 loop, and I17.

Nice Apartment

Overall our stay was fine. Really only complaint has nothing to do with the owner. The walls are thin and the neighbors above us were very loud with the television on all night and walking around the apartment at all times of the night. Additionally, the couple would get in heated arguments which was pleasant to hear. We went to the pool and met some terrific people who have been coming down for years. If we have the opportunity to rent here we would come back. The owner was responsive to anything we need assistance with which really wasn’t much.
