Welcome to Paradise! Sand and Sea beneath your feet! Our Beautiful Beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo allows you to truly disconnect. Whether you are playing in the sparkling waves of the Beach or enjoying the views from your private balcony... relaxation washes over you. Fun and freedom are just steps away either on the beach or 1 of the 3 crystal blue pools. There is nothing better than napping on the beach or drinking a Pina Colada and watching the waves and the stress slip away. Are you ready?

Master Bedroom has a KING SIZE BED and private bath. Portable Crib and Booster Chair provided. 2nd Bedroom has a KING SIZE BED. 1 Queen sofa, 1 Twin Love Seat. Washer and Dryer

There are several charcoal grills for use, Polapas to relax under are first come first serve, we have a ton of toys and cool Beach floating items etc, for stores there is a Bodega which is similar to a wal-mart and there is a Super Ley grocery. Note...for your Meats I would go to Sonora Meats. Also, when you get there, check out the resorts, Colins Cantina, and grab a newspaper. It will have a ton of cool info for you and events to choose from. Also, Thursdays are Bingo shot night, and don't forget about the 2 Margaritas after 5 pm. They are yummy. Either on the white Hutch or in the drawers are some personal suggestions...where to eat, what to do etc. Have fun!

My family and I loved our stay at Jim & Mel’s place. It had the best view, and made all of us feel like we were at home, very clean and had everything we needed. We are looking to book again soon

Great stay

This was our first trip to Puerto Peñasco. We were very pleased with the condo. Spacious and very clean. Perfect location and a very well run resort. We will definitely be going back.

Rocky Point Rocks!

This was a great stay. Clean condo and the place was very well maintained. We enjoyed the location with quite a few things in walking distance. The beach view was amazing! Hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Amazing stay and awesome host :)

This condo was amazing, hosts were great at communicating, there was some issues with check in as I never receved the instructions and the guards did not have us in the system, Melanie was quick to answer and fix everything.we were in town for a wedding so didnt get to enjoy the property as much as we would like, we will definitely be back :)

Best place we’ve stayed yet!

Very clean and comfortable. This place has everything you need to accommodate a family or group of friends, we definitely enjoyed ourselves! The host is quick to respond to all communication, something I appreciate. You definitely wont be sorry you booked this property, I highly recommend it! It will be my first choice when we return to RP.

Great Condo

Melanie, the owner, was very informative. The condo was very clean, and the balcony view of the pools and beach was great. I would definitely stay here again. The price was great for a two-bedroom!The only downside was the security was over the top about being on the beach at night and talking on your balcony after 10pm.

This property has anything that you need and more. Great view of the beach, comfy beds and pillows, Direct TV and fast internet. Beautiful decor. Melanie was amazing, answering any questions that I had right away and providing all the details before check in. Amazing experience. We can wait to go back.

Amazing Place

We got into town early on Thursday. The host Melanie texted me early around 9am. Melanie stated we could check in anytime we wanted too. That was amazing! It gave us a whole day to lay at the beautiful pools they have at the resort. Our resort was beautiful, very clean. Spacious had everything you wanted or needed for a great stay! We all felt very comfortable there and will be returning back there. You won’t be disappointed!!!
