A great place to stay. Beach access wis fantastic. Quiet, clean & definitely a go back. You cannot beat the sunrises.

We had such a chill stay in that beachfront condo, it was the perfect size for two people. Super easy to get in and out of town, and everything was clean and well-stocked. Just chilling in the living room watching the waves crash was pure bliss, and spending hours on the balcony watching birds and the ocean vibes? Totally awesome. We’d totally come back during the warm months for sure.

Loved everything about the condo including beach right behind room. Host was great, condo with washer and dryer great. Definitely will try to rent this place again

Outstanding Stay

Great place to unwind and relax. The view from the deck was awesome. We sat outside and watched a lightning storm out at sea for 45 minutes one night and the full moon crossing the sky and glistening on the waves another. Cozy, restful, and peaceful.

It was dusty and dirty bathtub was dirty and showerheads were old. Furniture was terribly uncomfortable. After a long day at the beach you need comfy couches and chairs. The view was great very very nice. But, the door needs work to keep it shut, in order to lock it when stepping out. There should be a sing or disclosures out no elevator for us semi handicapped, Again the balcony and beach and view...outstanding. it needs work.

My husband & I had a great time at the condo! The condo has all you need PLUS an incredible view! The beach is easily accessible and beautiful! Alan provided a helpful brochure for area before our arrival & check in/out was easy peasy.

Alan's condo was perfect. It was clean, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was wonderful. And Alan checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. I hope to return for another vacation soon!

Nice place.. we’d stay there again.

Shining sea was perfect for us. Right on the beach, clean and affordable. No need to do a search.. we’d rent it again. Alan is great with responding to any questions you may have.
