The condo was very comfortable beautiful views the beach is not very wide at the north end of topsail beach at high tide there is no beach. Host was very accommodating.

Condo was as shown in pictures! Easy access to condo, beach & pool. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you’d need. Stores, coffee, restaurants all within 12-15 mins. Had an issue while there & owner was quick to reply.

This place was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly communicative and made everything so easy. The condo was spotless, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. It was even closer to the water than we expected, with just the right amount of beach to enjoy. We even got engaged here this weekend, such a special place we’ll definitely be coming back to again and again!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Super clean, very well decorated, easy access to beach and pool. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this beautiful place.

This was our second stay, the condo is beautiful. The view is exceptional, the host is easy to communicate with and has everything you need in a binder for easy access. I higjly recommend staying at this wonderful beach front property.

My family has stayed in multiple units at this location, and we rank this property/unit as one of the best. The rooms were clean, the furniture and appliances were all modern and well maintained, and the location of the unit offer a wonderful ocean/beach view.

Great Stay

We had a great beach stay. The whole place was nicer than described, and the property was well kept. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to both the beach and the pool. We’d love to come back!

After Christmas Get Away

Our stay at this condo was so relaxing and enjoyable. It is beautifully decorated, the accommodations are top notch, and oceanfront views are stunning! It was just what we needed to unwind from all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays. We will definitely go back for another stay!

Best VRBO experience so far!

Amazing location, lots of amenities included at the property, which meant that we didn't have to bring a bunch of things that we typically do. Beautiful view from the back deck, easy access to the private beach, great pool, amazing overall experience!

Peaceful Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and right on the beach! We loved the quiet, not too crowded location. The easy pool and beach access was ideal for fun with a little one. The condo had everything that we needed for a great experience.

The condo is beautiful and clean. The beach view is amazing with a super short walk to the beach. Some kitchen/bathroom supplies provided with towels. Would stay again.

Lovely place; clean and comfortable. Great pool and perfect for my daughter with mobility issues. Easy access to the beach. The wagon was so helpful getting our things to the beach. This was our first trip to Topsail, and we enjoyed it so much. Definitely want to come back and stay at this condo!

We found our favorite condo

We have stayed in Topsail just about every year and I must say this is our favorite condo thus far! We will definitely be back when we come back to topsail! The host was wonderful and couldn’t be happier!

wonderful place

This condo is one of the best we have ever stayed at on North Topsail Beach. This unit is completely updated and the perk of the linens being included makes it very easy to move in. The host is wonderful and responds to questions quickly. We would go back

I have been going to top sail for about 15 years..i have never stayed here before. The whole family absolutely loved everything about our stay. Very clean, convenient, awesome access to beach and pool, and breathtaking views from balcony.

Beautiful place, very clean. Honestly the cleanest place we’ve stayed at since Disney. Great amenities. Host responded quickly when I messaged. Oceanfront room on the 3rd floor. The pool is a great plus for those rough ocean days. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and we slept great. We always feel very safe at Shipwatch Villas. Would highly recommended.
