August 16 to Aug 23 : $2800 plus cleaning and tax.

One of few Pointed units ( meaning ocean view from entire living space ) at Topsail Dunes overlooks the beach and the pool. It is located right next to the beach and pool access. There are no stairs to climb with a walk up ramp leading to the front door! Guests are able to enjoy watching sunrise and sunset over the ocean from the entire living area (ceiling to floor glass windows in living and dining areas). The unit has tiled floor in the living and dining area. The unit has a wrapped around balcony facing the ocean and a screened porch at the sound side (ideal for bikes, beach chairs and surf boards).

Master bedroom has a king bed, and second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking utensils. There are three TVs (living, king and queen bedroom), a DVD player, and some movies, books and games.

Topsail Island is known for its quieter, uncrowded white sand beaches. Within a few miles there are restaurants, amusements (Jungle land miniature golf, bumper boats, and go carts), shops, grocery, gas station, library, and post office. Any water activity you can name will be found locally. The North Shore Country Club golf course is just a few minutes away. Fishing is available nearby.

Wonderful Experience

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The beach and pool access was so convenient. The condo was clean and supplied with all the needed essentials. Such a beautiful view right on the water. Mei was very responsive and always pleasant - a top notch host!

Tropical Storm Debby arrived during our time at the beach, but the proximity of the Condo made it easy to take advantage of the clear sunny weather when we had it! We felt safe and comfortable in this extraordinary unit!

Perfect location for a stay on the beach

Great condo location on the beach, right next to pool. Older condo, but clean with everything you could need. No linens but lots of other amenities. We were steps from the beach and pool. Went 10minutes down the road to surf city if we wanted to shop and go out to eat. Plenty of bars close by if you want to go out and drink or karaoke. Loved this beach!!

Beach trip

We had a great week at the beach and loved the condo. Its in a great location. We loved how close to the beach we were. We really enjoyed the views from the living room. We're planning on coming back.

Absolutely perfect!!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and best of all, the location made getting to the beach and the pool so easy. The view from the balcony was incredible and we spent a lot of mornings and evenings there. This is definitely a property we will book again and have already recommended it to friends and family!!

Beautiful Location

This condo was exactly as described. It has beautiful views of the ocean and was clean and well kept. Mei was prompt and courteous with communication and was flexible with our schedule. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday retreat

[perfect vacation

there were 5 adults and the condo was perfect. So close to the beach and the pool. The views were amazing. Went into Surf City one day and had lunch and did the escape room. That was the only time we left. If you want a quiet location this condo delivers. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. Loved it

Perfect for multi- generational vacation

I brought my 86 year old mother to visit with my daughter and her family, including a 2 year old toddler. The access, layout and comfort of Mei’s condo was perfect for the large age span and variety of needs. We were right next to the beach access and could run out to the beach with my granddaughter anytime with ease. My mother was able to comfortably access the condo via the ramp. The screened entrance was so useful for beach equipment. The balcony was right on the water and we watched sunsets, sunrises and one spectacular moon rise in comfortable, easy access seating. We had a wonderful time and Mei was a responsive and thoughtful hostess!

Wonderful beach retreat

We stayed here for Spring break and it was perfect! The sound of the waves every morning with your coffee, and every night with a glass of wine was so relaxing. The condo was well stocked with almost everything you need(we had to purchase a can opener and scissors) and overall a great space. The boardwalk was right next to the condo, so beach access was incredibly close! We walked the beach and collected shells every morning, and were able to sort them out on the porch. I can’t rave enough about the condo and we will definitely be back next year!!

Closer than you think!

Great view, walk a few minutes to the beach (literally 1or two minutes) great not to have to haul everything up and down stairs. All ramps. Beautiful unit, big TV for a rainy day, stocked to the hilt with plates, glasses, pots & pans. Great area for family meals and enjoying time together. I'd go back tomorrow and will soon!

Fabulous vacay 4/10 to 4/17 Topsail Dunes

This condo was perfectly situated near the walkway to the beach and pool. The views were breathtaking. I was very lucky that the weather was beautiful. And one day I was even able to catch the dolphins swimming. Topsail Dunes is a nice complex and traveling alone, I felt very safe there. The pool was closed but they were finishing up the work on it. I believe it’s going to open in May. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to go back to Topsail.

Lovely condo with easy access to the beach!

This is a perfect getaway retreat for us older folks when the rest of the family is staying down the beach in a large house! Access to the condo is easy with a ramp up to the first floor. Beach and pool access are right by this unit, and it is quiet and clean, with everything you need: washer and dryer, well-equiped kitchen, front deck to view the sunrise and a large screened in porch on the east side. The beds were very comfortable, even the twin beds! We did not watch the huge TV, but did use wifi, all five of us.There are beach chairs and boogie boards to use while you are there. The wooden deck chairs are super comfy with footrests. This place is not high end luxury, but is a wonderful beach retreat that fills every possible need for a great vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the most amazing time staying in this home! Mei was so incredibly helpful, prompt on communication and quick to respond. She was kind enough to even reach out on the day of arrival because the condo was available earlier. This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. You will not find a better view of the ocean. I enjoyed so many sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The beaches were not crowded and with 3 kids (8,6 & 4) being right on the beach was ideal. 1st Floor made loading and unloading the car a breeze. The condo is also very primely located right next to the pool. Condo was very clean and cozy, well stocked with frequently used items to get us started before having time to grocery shop too! We will be back!

Incredible view, easy accessibility!

We have stayed in this condo several times over the past 11 years. We started out bringing our young children and recently brought my elderly parents. The condo is perfect for families of all ages! It is so easy to get to and from the beach. No coolers to pack and lug around, no long walks to the beach! You can sit on the deck and see both the beach and the pool, so if your kids are old enough to to be alone, but you still want to keep an eye on them without being right with them, you can. The owners try to update something in the condo every year to keep it fresh and in good repair. You can tell it is well- loved! We love the ease of having a washer/dryer and an area in the screened porch entrance to keep all the beach supplies. All of these are great reasons to come, but THE VIEW is what keeps us coming back, year after year! Absolutely stunning ocean views! Topsail Dunes is a family-friendly condo complex and the beach is uncrossed and clean. You won't regret renting this condo!

Family Vacation

The best part of this rental was the location. It sounded so good in the ad but when we arrived I was less than pleased. It said long windows for great view, well half the windows looking onto the beach are so fogged you can not see out of them and it has sprayed in gold foam around the front windows. The blinds are crumbling from old age. It said it slept 8 but since the fold out couch was so old and broken we lost a bed for 2 people. When I called about this I was told they were not aware of this, but they should have know since most of the springs under it were broken and they had put a piece of plywood over the springs to hold the mattress. I was told I could go buy a air mattress and they would pay me back but I declined. I was also planning on the 2nd tv they said they had for the children at night but there was only 1. There is not enough comfortable seating for 8 people, the broken couch sat horriable, the love seat was better but very worn and then you have 2 outside rocking chairs and an outside wicker chair to sit in. The screened in porch door would not stay shut and was coming apart, the door to the laundry room was broken and off so we had to make sure the 1 yr. did not go in there. If they get this place totally remolded I think it will be much better. Next time I will go with a realtor so I can make sure it is what is advertised. Lot of money for a poor looking condo.
