Cozy villa in El Trapiche Condo, just 5 minutes from downtown La Fortuna. Enjoy a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, BBQ area, WiFi, Cable TV, private parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and volcano views.
The condo offers 24/7 security and relaxing common areas. A perfect base to explore Arenal, and we’re happy to assist with info and free trip planning.
The house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with two single beds and A/C unit

Perfect place for us. The house was clean,quiet and comfortable. Close to town. The communication from the host team was exceptional and they were very helpful in arranging and planning local activities. would stay again!

House was great. Location was right by downtown but the house was very quiet. All the rooms were as described. Pool was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was smooth and the host was easy to reach. The house is very small and super basic. We were very busy in LaFortuna so we mostly just slept when we were inside. We did take advantage of the awesome outdoor area. The pool and outdoor seating areas are great. The gated community felt very safe and the houses are all nice. It’s also very private. The location is perfect- just 6 minutes to town. The separate laundry room off the house is nice and clean. Things to know: no shampoo, no washcloths, no hot water in kitchen sink, and the shower temperature constantly fluctuates from cold to super hot.

Great location near La Fortuna
Location was great just outside main part of La Fortuna. Quiet, but close to everything. Hosts were amazing.

Great stay near the volcano. Pool was great to have at the end of a busy day.

Fun and convenient
Our family of five had a great time - the pool and outdoor space was excellent for hanging out, and the bedrooms were cozy.

Love this place
Perfect location near town, the volcano and near all the activities. We loved the pool and outdoor seating! The communication was easy and so helpful.

We loved our location in La Fortuna. We rented a car so we could move around easily for food and excursions. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the outdoor space. The property manager met us at a nearby restaurant to take us to the home and get us acquainted with the property. We had some trouble with the air conditioning, but the host was very responsive and the problems were fixed immediately.

Location was excellent! Plenty of space for all of us to stay. The couches in the living room were a little bit uncomfortable, but the outdoor area was lovely! Extremely clean! Wood stay again! Great place for family vacation

Beautiful and safe
The location is great and everyone is so friendly. The guys can help you with tours if you haven't booked anything yet. The pool with the view of Arenal volcano can't be beat. The outdoor patio and pool area is probably the best part of the house.

Great accommodations.
House was great our our stay in La Fortuna. It was close to all the things to do and right down the street from Mary’s bbq, which we frequented. Po was great for relaxing in the evening.

Excellent home base in La Fortuna
Met all our needs and expectations. Safe location, close to town and many destinations, clean, comfortable, great pool and outdoor space. Will hopefully visit again.

We manage/own about 30 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 25 people some of them with private pools, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Once you book with us you will have access to our Drive Carpet with Check In information, general information about La Fortuna, restaurants recommendations, amazing discounts in all activities, special packages, rent a car with Adobe (The best one in Costa Rica), shuttles services from anyplace in Costa Rica and more detailed information to make things easier for you; if you have questions of anything you need just send us a message a we will get back to you very soon.
