Welcome to Ace’s Delight, a beautifully appointed home with all the amenities for a perfect Outer Banks vacation. This home has everything for your vacation needs, the staples of any stay, a private pool, and a hot tub, but Ace’s truly takes it to the next level by offering several games on-site for your pleasure and leisure. There is a pool table and shuffleboard table for friendly competition. If competition isn’t your forte, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic or catch some rays while you lounge on the top-level sundeck. Just a short walk (1-2 minutes) to the ocean or the Nags Head fishing pier, so you get all the benefits of being right by the beach for the ocean lovers in the group. All while being tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood where your family can run, bike, or take their pets for a stroll. Grab lunch or dinner at Lucky 12 Tavern, and spend the day fishing on the Nags Head Pier, a quick walk or bike ride from Ace's. Ace’s Delight will help you create memories that will last a lifetime. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Will not rent from this realty company ever again. I paid for an early check-in and it was not ready upon 1pm arrival. They said I'd get a refund and was given only half of it. Send them emails without response.

Ace's Delight Nags Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. We brought items we didn't even need. It was very well equipped. The kitchen had more gadgets than my own. The bottom floor is where we spent most of our time. I think my son is going to buy a shuffle board table because we had so much fun playing it! Our days were spent at the beach then back to the house pool to relax and play games. Coast Reality couldn't have made our stay any easier. They were attentive and friendly. Their main concern is that you're happy and have everything you need. We will be back!!!

The pool and hot tub were great amenities. We would also like to pass on our personal thank you to the owners for allowing us to bring a third dog. Our 17 week old Chocolate Lab , Lexi, loved her first family vacation and having her with us was a tremendous relief from the anxiety of kenneling her.

Week at the beach

Having rented with VRBO and other rental companies in past this was a slightly different experience. Past rentals included plenty of sheets and towels. And spices! Though this was different, the home was lovely, close to the beach, and a great space for family togetherness! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The space was perfect. We loved the pool

Great Home for Family Vacations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the home and all the decorations! Very tasteful. Location to the beach was perfect for families with little and young kids. The home was well stocked with lots of activities, games, and pool toys for the kiddos which was extraordinary helpful keeping them entertained. Staff/property management was wonderful and we appreciated the mid-week pool check. The provided emails regarding information, check-in and out, etc. were thorough and very helpful to travelers. My only “suggestions” would be to fix the popped up boards and bolts around pool deck as several people stubbed their toes and the bath tub on the top floor was badly backed up/clogged making for showers standing in several inches of water. Nevertheless, we truly enjoyed our experience with this home and realty company.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house. It accommodated our needs very well. Clean, very organized and well stocked kitchen. Great layout with two masters. One concern/ challenge was the pool had no railing with the steps in. Didn’t think it would matte but grandma fell and several close calls. Suggest add a rail. Buzzers on sliders and doors downstairs gave us comfort none of the children went out where the pool was but perhaps a way for adults to go out without the alarm ringing. Constantly running downstairs to make sure it wasn’t the kids when alarm went off. If those two things were different we would make this our annual house. Close to beach and pier. Everything we needed is within 10 minutes of the house. Restaurants, mini golf, groceries bikes etc. key to closet had good pool toys and games. Advertised horseshoes and volleyball did not find net or horseshoes but it could have been us. Views are impeached by house being built across the street

Ace's Delight was a beautiful cottage with all of the amenities you can imagine; fully stocked kitchen, closet full of beach stuff, dvds, board games, ice maker. Our puppy also felt very welcome there with the extra bowls and toys in the cottage. Everything was very clean! I wish we could stay there another week!

Family/friends vacay

We had a large group. Three families children ranging from 2-15! There was something for everyone and the house was perfect for all ages! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out when need and still come together. We would definitely stay here again!

A True Delight!

Great place for Family beach trip

The house is very spacious, clean and close to the beach! Walking distance to ice cream store and 2 restaurants. Game room with pool table was lots of fun!

Great Family Trip

The house was laid out very well for our family and loved that each room had it's own full bath and the Jack and Jill worked great for our kids. The house was a great location to the beach and activities in Nags Head. Our family loved the pool and hot tub as well. The kitchen had all of the appliances you could think of, fully stocked! I'd say the only two downsides were the wifi, it was weak in parts of the house which made it difficult for us to use our wifi baby monitors, and the mattresses could be updated, they were very soft and had indentations of spots where people slept (which happens to all mattresses). Otherwise, the house was great, would absolutely return and enjoyed our stay!

Aces Delight Was Not a Delight

We rented Aces Delight in Outer Banks with a private pool. On our way to the property the night before, we receive a call from the rental company stating that the pool will not be available since the liner needs to be replaced. The owner would refund us an unknown amount based on how long it was unavailable. The pool liner installers were there on the 4th day of our stay and completed it on the 5th day. We had to deal with the workers and the liner blower fir two days of our vacation. The pool liner installers indicated we could not swim until the next day (water was extremely cold the next day since it was just filled). We had two days to use this out of seven. The owners said we had three days and gave a refund of only $300.00. I am sure everyone would rent a house with a private inground pool for that price. The floors in the house were filthy.....your feet turned black from walking on them. Noticed two cockroaches during the stay. No patio doors had screens or working screens so you were unable to leave the doors open to listen to the ocean. The house should not have been on the market that week if all amenities you paid for were not available. Informing us of this the night before arrival was very unprofessional on the part of Beach Realty Company.

Ace's Delight was not only Ace's but a Delight too

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to OBX and first time with all our kids and their families joining us. The house is spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor decks were great and huge! We ended bringing too many things that weren't needed because the kitchen is well stocked. My only small complaint is I had to clean the outdoor shower myself and the pool became cloudy and a bit dirty half way through the stay but maintenance came and cleared up the pool and took care of the small problems I reported using the Beach Realty App that I downloaded as part of checking in, what a great idea and very simple to use. The Hot Tub gave us problems that were never addressed and the beeping of the security panel all night was annoying so if those 2 things were taken care of there would be nothing to complain about. One last little annoyance is the size of the trash can in the kitchen, we had to empty it several times a day. Distance to the beach was not bad and there was only a short drive to many places to eat and enjoy. I highly recommend this property.

Great 2020 OBX vacation at Ace’s Delight

The home is well stocked with everything that is needed for an awesome stay at the beach.!!!! An added treat this year was the badminton court in the backyard filled with new and cushioned sand . We enjoyed many Game time hours of Play. Please let the owners know how much we appreciate their beautiful beach home and the care that they put into it so that their guests can throughly enjoy their beach vacation. It’s always a nice sign that as the week ends our family was So sad to leave because of the great week we had at the beach and the great stay we had at your beach house .
