Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great location, although the beach area was small and very rocky. Unit itself was not up to expectations, however. Living room was comfortable with the window a/c running constantly, but portable units in bedrooms did not keep those rooms cool enough to sleep. Handyman came first day to take a look, but units were blowing cold, so not much to do.

Aloha Marcie, mahalo for sharing your comments with us. The recent storms have exposed many rocky shorelines alonf Maui, but over time, the sand is redeposited and the beaches will recover. Was there something specific about the unit that did not meet your expectations other than the AC? The photos are all current and accurate. It has been exceptionally hot and ther usual KOna breezes have been impacted by all the powerful weather systems moving through, although fall is here and it's beginning to cool down. thank you for calling our team and letting us inspect the cooling systems to ensure they were functioning properly. We suggest renting a unit with split AC in all rooms if any of our guests are heat sensitive, these units are the most efficient at cooling. We'll take your comments under consideration, they are important to us! A Hui Hou!

Room and pool clean. Great kitchen, lots of cookware and cups. Small parking stall, don't get a big car/suv. Small bathroom but serves its purpose. Lots of other items you may need on vacation, swim towels, cooler, beach chairs etc.

This was actually perfect: location, amenities, host communication. We were so happy everyday and after driving all around Maui, there isn’t anywhere else we would have wanted to stay.

We absolutely loved it. We traveled with our kiddo and the pool is his favorite part.The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, all the kitchen things and more. The downside to having everything needed in the kitchen is that there isn't anywhere to put pantry food items. We had to rearrange cups to fit bread, cereal and pasta.Location was perfect. There are coffee shops and other stores within a 15 minute walk. Getting to other cities is easy from the condo as well.Parking lot is tight but we didn't have any issues with our Honda Pilot rental. There are beautiful plumeria trees in the lot and cute geckos running around.The building manager, Stephen, helped us inflate some balls for the pool and chatted with us a bit. He was very friendly and welcoming!

Overall great stay! The view was amazing and the pool was so convenient. The unit was a little dated for the price, but overall the amenities were accurate. The beach is not a swimming beach, so if thats what you are looking for this is not it. We loved seeing all the dogs playing at the patk and the chillness of the location.

There is a very beautiful pool and ocean view. The condo is easily accessible on the ground floor and has a great functional layout and furniture.Other than finding a cockroach in the condo, it was a wonderful location.

Nice place to stay at a good price

Loved the grass area and the short walk to the beach. If you walk down to the left turtles come and take naps on the beach.

Beach view is lovely. Home does not include beach chairs or any coolers, etc. for beach time but the location is great! Unit is nice, lots of space. It has window unit AC that was ok but not the best. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Very nice property and stay

Condo was clean and well maintained. Individual AC in each bedroom was great. Perfect location for us. Would rent again.
