We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely rent again. The property was accurate, as listed. A few things to be aware of would be, that if you have someone staying on the couch in the living room, and it’s warm out, they will be miserable at night, while trying to sleep. No AC in that area. The bedrooms were comfortable though. We weren’t impressed with being responsible for cleaning our bathroom and beach towels, before checking out. I’ve never experienced that, and we have stayed at multiple VRBO’s. Other than those few issues, it was wonderful.

I'm glad you all had a great time! I apologize for any mix up, as cleaning any bathrooms is not requested/required, that is what the cleaning fee covers. Yes, we do ask to help w/the beach towels as they are large and they take up all the courtyard machines and the cleaners have to use them around everyone at the complex, and that can be challenging at times. We do appreciate your help with that. Hope to have you back in the future! Thank you again for staying at our condo. 😉

Great location. Condo has everything you need. Loved the kitchen! Lanai was out of this world as well. Host Jami was superb communication wise. Highly recommended.

The most well-equipped property I’ve ever rented! It had everything one could imagine, and then even more! She was super attentive and responded quickly to my questions.

The condo was very clean and well equipped it had everything we needed,and it was so handy to have the washer and dryer. The location was great and being right on the beach was so nice for morning walks. Jami was always available with quick responses when we had a few questions, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a gem! The place had everything you could possibly need and more! We traveled with a 4 month old and were pleasantly surprised with the amount of baby items we could use! (Travel crib, clean sheets, pool floats, you name it!). The kitchen is very well stocked. Yhe beds were so comfortable. Lots of beach towels and chairs and umbrellas! The location was amazing, the beach right out front was great for sunset and hanging out-we saw turtles each morning Would 100% come back and stay again! Book it!

Well equipped condo and very communicative host. Plenty of towels, great location. Only downside was the street was being repaved, causing the road to be closed and way too much noise (unable to enjoy the outside spaces). This is in no way a reflection on the owner as it was beyond their control. Just unfortunate.

The unit was well stocked with dishes, seasonings, extra pillows, blankets, cooler, etc. The unit was also clean and everything worked well. The host responded quickly to any questions.

The kitchen was totally stocked so that we could cook if we wanted too. The location was amazing and our host was just so sweet and accommodating.I really enjoyed the condo. It was just perfect for our 2 couples. We have been best friends since 7th grade. We both had bathrooms and we washed our clothes that we had worn on the cruise. We saw some sea turtles. We got beautiful pictures of gorgeous sunsets on the beach. Thank you for sharing your condo. We left it clean and took great care of your house. Thanks again

The property was amazing! Book this rental! They have everything you could possibly need. All your beach supplies - chairs, ice chest, sand toys, umbrella… you name it, it’s there! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and the location was perfect. There is an amazing grocery store across the street, and many great restaurants within walking distance - Nalu’s, Coconuts, Peggy Sue’ and a food truck block. The beach is 100 yards away and was beautiful. We saw sea turtles on our daily walks and some amazing sunsets from the lanai. The pool was also a hit! We traveled with our two kids and they had the best time! When we go back, we will stay here. 10 out of 10!

Excellent beach walking distance from unit! We love that restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops are also walking distance from the condo. Excellent location. One suggestion: don’t ask renters to wash beach and heavy towels. There is a community washer and dryer. It accepts quarters or online app to pay to do laundry. However, when signing up for online, we were charged a minimum of $10 fee. It would have been better if we were charged extra money at the front end to pay for laundry.

Perfect home away from home

The property is by the beach. Location is great - close to everything. Very clean! And the host is very helpful and responds right away. Overall we had an awesome time!

Love this location. It’s walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and right next to the beach.

Wish we could have stayed longer. We felt at home.

Lovely, well-kept condo unit right beside the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would love to return. The condo is very well-stocked and in great shape. The owners were easy to communicate with and we had no issues at all during our stay.

Great location. Beach gear included with unit is a wonderful amenity. Kitchen looked great and stocked with everything you would need.

Great Stay in Kihei!

This was our 3rd stay at this condo complex and it didn’t disappoint. The amenities in our condo were excellent. We didn’t lack for anything:beach chairs, snorkeling gear, plenty of towels etc. Comfy beds, clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lap swimming heaven. So close to the ocean, Times Market, food trucks, shopping, etc. It’s a fantastic location and we’ll be coming back for a 4th time in the future.
