This home is a cute, modern home. It has a large fully fenced yard where your pup can run free. Located on a quiet street just minutes from town makes for the perfect place to stay in Grants Pass. It’s fully stocked with everything you’ll need from cooking utensils, to spices, to soaps. It also comes set up with a fire pit and a BBQ for great evening hangouts. Note that it is a duplex only shares a wall, nothing else else is shared. Both units are Airbnb’s. Separate yards and parking.
The space
Comes with a pack and play and a high chair. Great for kids!

I had a wonderful stay here this weekend. The house was cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood that made for a very peaceful stay. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish — very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t get the backyard lights to work, so we couldn’t use the hot tub. The next morning, we noticed the hot tub was leaking and half full, the fire pit and chairs were covered in cob webs and the bed wasn’t comfortable - it sank in the middle and we’re not big people. Other than those things, it was a cute, well kept house. We enjoyed our stay.

The space was fantastic and the decor was cute. But as soon as you start to look beyond those two things the place is a mess. The toilet leaks, the ceiling in the bathroom drips from the fan, the beds are so terrible they were painful to sleep on, there were not enough pillows for the number of people there are bad spaces for so we had to buy our own. On the plus side lots of people had been complaining about the hot tub and we found it to be clean and working. Communication with the host is fantastic. There are cameras on the outside of the property that are not disclosed and it’s my understanding that all cameras on the property need to be disclosed in the ad. The issues are long-standing both in previous reviews as well as the guest book in the living room of the house and have not been addressed. It looks like a house that no one cares about and someone’s just trying to make a buck. The bathtub is also moldy, and people have been commenting on that for some time and it has not been addressed. It could be a great place if they put some TLC into it.

Adorable home

Perfect 10day stay. Loved the fire pit and the hot tub. Communication with host was very timely. It was wonderful to come home to a quiet house after spending all day at the river. I would recommend and will book again!

The cottage was nice and affordable. The owner was easy to work with. We asked for a mattress cover to help with a more comfortable bed. He ran out and bought and delivered a very nice foam mattress cover. I did suggest they think about replacing the mattress and he was very grateful for the suggestion and they will look into getting one. There was a bit of problem with tiny ants if you left any food sitting on the counter at night. Loos like they have set traps already.

So the hot tub didn't work. It was leaking water and when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't even heat up and it was obvious all the water was leaking out. The bed was atrocious. It was like sleeping with a big hole in the center of it. You just both rolled to the center and our back's hurt in the morning. The couch bed wasn't any better. We folded it out and it was all sagging and broken on one side. Other than that the kitchen was really nice to have. The shower was clean and nice. There just wasn't anywhere to get comfortable to sleep or even lay down.

Fantastic little house

Great space, fenced private yard and comfy bed. The bbq didn’t work and the hot tub worked but the breaker was flipped and water was very low when we arrived so took some time to get it rebooted but then was great. Overall we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Nervous due to previous reviews on cleanliness and hot tub. Cute place with great proximity to downtown, Rogue River, and other area attractions. Looked and smelled nice on entry but….- WiFi not working couple days- Bath drain backs up so you’re showering in ankle deep water and it takes 30 minutes to drain- Kitchen faucet is very loose so that it feels as if it’s coming off with every use. And it drips from above the nozzle when on. - Hot tub is only half full, very dirty, and water too low to filter.- There was a used false eyelash on the nightstand and drink ring- The garbage can inside was filthy- I only discovered when I emptied it. Someone had to see it when the new bag was put in- There was an old ice cream sundae in the freezer.- The living room lamp and bedroom closet lights need new bulbs.- The sprinkler runs from approximately 7am-8am making it impossible to leave and lock up without getting wet. Time should be changed to earlier The owner/house manager did come clean the hot-tub the day after notification, restarted the wifi 2x, offered to fix drain and send the cleaners over (I declined- awkward). I showered at family’s house half the week. The location is perfect though and once hottub was clean halfway through it was nice. If issues are mitigated, would stay again.

Heater wasn’t working-only blanket was on the bed-they did provide one after contacting the host since my friend was using the couch-the bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel the springs-bedding linens were old as well as the kitchen appliances-blinds could use some attention-could see out front from the sides due to the fact they didn’t fit the windows and need to be cleaned-overall the inside was decent and outside was super cute-did not try the hot tub-
The molding in the shower needs to be addressed-either mildew or mold

Simple but Nice

Very clean and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion is to put some money into a decent bed and couch. They were both VERY uncomfortable if you spend more than one night. Everything else was great for the price except maybe the gas grill.

Cute place! Wish the hot tub had worked

The house was clean and cute and had everything you needed. The bummer was that the jets wouldnt turn on in the hot tub, the water level was below the filters like only half full and the temp was luke warm. Other than that the place was great!

Small Town Big Rest

This location is so quiet. It is near enough to the major roadways that you can get to shopping or restaurants, yet far enough where noise is at a minimal. The trees kept the property cooler and we could do things outside in the heat. We got to watch the fireworks through a break in the trees. Its great to see the show and not deal with traffic. Bed is super comfy. My only complaint is that I couldnt stay longer! That is on me though. I would definately stay here again.

Rental Host is 5 stars

We stayed 3 nights. There were limited bath towels (4) hand towels (2) and kitchen towels (0) and no food prep bowls. There were a few frying pans & pots, but no bowls to prepare food. THE HOST WAS EXCEPTIONAL in immediately resolving all our concerns. He had towels delivered & helped us figure out how to use the heater. He even bought a shovel when we requested one to pick up after our dog. The top 2 selling points about this rental is #1 the host and #2 the large grassy fenced yard for our dog. We will be renting this home again.
