Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. We allow pets, but do charge a $35 per pet fee.

Great family vacation

We had a great stay in Grants Pass! This home was large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The kids loved playing nintendo in the garage and climbing the tree outside. House was clean upon arrival and well stocked. Great communication for our entire stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Clean and comfortable vacation house

The host was wonderful, answering our questions ahead of the stay and during. Beds were comfortable, nice location, reasonable price. Lovely backyard and bonus game room were a plus! We would book again.

Great, comfortable place!

Great house, stocked with thoughtful treats, coffee, and basic staples. Clean, lots of towels, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again! :)

Great location and hot tub

It was easy to find and easy to access. Property is very clean and well appointed. It is not close for an easy walk downtown, but very convenient for highway access to all the great places in the area. You can walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. Hot tub trivia was a highlight of our stay. We would stay there again if we are up in Grants Pass again.

Worked Great!

We were in town for a golf tournament and the house was perfect. Had everything we needed and loved being able to use the hot tub.

Great family vacay!

Lots of room for everyone. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lots of natural light. We grilled out in the nice fenced in backyard while enjoying the hot tub. Great location. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

Great spot

We really enjoy our stay with tons of room for the price. Nice clean hot tub to use. Only this would say was the games were a little disappointing. Pool table was lopsided, air hockey didn’t work and darts didn’t work well

Wonderful home

A wonderful homey home. Very clean and comfortable in every detail. The kitchen is amazing and perfectly accommodating for making a meal. Beautiful backyard.

Family friendly

We had a great time with family staying in this house. The backyard and hot tub were awesome and the entire home was clean and cozy. There was a vintage feel with modern updates that made our experience lovely!

Little getaway

My family and i enjoyed this little getaway. We felt right at home with the large front room t.v, hot spa and game room. We will definitely try to book again when we are back in that area.

This property is located on a quiet street not far from the high school and local shopping and eating establishments. It had everything we could possibly need and was very comfortable. Communication with the property host was great. We'd recommend this property to anyone who likes quiet, clean, comfortable surroundings. Check it out!

Very comfortable home

This was the perfect house for me and my family. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the house was in the perfect location, close to everything. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. The backyard was enjoyed by us but especially by our dog who was able to play fetch in such a big area. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Each morning, I would sit with a cup of coffee enjoying the view out the huge window in the front room. We will definitely book again when we make it up that way.

Generous host

This home was easy to find and just off the beaten path of everything. Charity was quick to respond to a problem I had with the jacuzzi and came by within minutes to get it resolved. My granddaughter and I had many activities scheduled but availed some time to play pool and air-hockey which was a huge bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, Well Supplied

We spent 4 nights here when the daytime temperatures were over 105 every day. The air conditioning was very efficient, and we were thankful. The kids (ages 9 and 11) loved the game room (aka garage) even when it was hot. The half bath/laundry room was a bit awkward, but very necessary at times with 6 people. While the house is not fancy, it has everything a family needs. The kitchen appliances were very nice and up to date. I would suggest that the yard could use a major overhaul or at least a significant trimming. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for those who do not require fancy, up-to-date finishes.

Would stay again!

We likely won’t be in the area again but we loved our stay! There were quite a few dead bugs around on the floor but otherwise it was clean and they didn’t have crazy rules about cleaning etc. we couldn’t figure out the a/c and it kept resetting back to 80 degrees which was what the program did so we had to adjust the program itself just to get some sleep but once it was on we had a lovely sleep. My parents were skeptical about these type of places due to a bad first experience previously but this place restored their faith in vacation rentals and they loved it. Our dogs loved chasing the squirrels in the yard and there was no dog mess when we got there. They had a rv in the bedroom which was nice and some things were left there like coffee etc which was nice. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and if we are ever traveling that way again we will stop here for sure! 5 stars!

Short stay

There are many pros and cons about this rental. Pros- Great location. Many extras provided, that most rentals dont provide. ( Condiments, plenty of coffee. Extra sheets, towels etc. Cons- The ad about the rental is very misleading in some ways. (Game room is in the garage. Way to hot to enjoy during the day, and poor lighting to use at night. The photos make it seem like a full size pool table. Not the case. It is about half the size of a regulation table. You turn the table over and there is a small air hockey table on other side) The "hot tub/spa"- thats it...a hot tub. Jets dont work. Adjustment do nothing to help. If you are hoping for a soothing spa with water movement, this wont do anything for you. Many items provided are in poor conditions. One small sofa is falling apart, everyone had a hard time being able to open sliding glass door. Hand can opener needsreplacement. Etc.
