The property is beautiful and is only 10 minutes away from the closest beach! The hosts were lovely and always available if we needed anything, plenty of helpful info everywhere to make the stay easy. The smaller bedroom didn’t have any storage, but it was no issue at all to scoot a nightstand in there from the other bedroom! The TV’s had wifi as well as some apps to enjoy movie time. The kitchen has some really nice amenities including coffee and tea , and the backyard was such a nice place to sit and enjoy our vacation. :))) I must also say throughout the entire stay there was a clean feel. Smelled clean, looked clean, all updated appliances as well that were amazing. 10/10 stay thank you again!!

Home away from home

We stayed for 3 weeks and everything was great! The house is cute and comes with everything! The street is a bit busy but has sidewalks and the neighborhood is quiet. It is very close to Dunedin and close to shopping areas.Nina is a very responsive host and I would rent from her again.

Thank you so much, Carla! We're really happy to hear the place felt like a home away from home during your 3-week stay—that means a lot. 😊 It’s great to know the house had everything you needed and that the location worked out well for exploring Dunedin and getting errands done. We also appreciate you pointing out the street traffic—true, it can get a little busy at times, but we're glad the sidewalks and peaceful neighborhood made it still feel comfortable. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Cottage vibe near Dunedin

The interior decor was lovely, and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Needed a couple more bath towels, but there were beach towels available. The neighborhood wasn’t stellar, but we were really close to Dunedin, which was great. The host was super responsive & informative. The bed was comfy, and we were happy to get to bring our pets along!
