Welcome to the Heart of Shockoe Bottom! This space is a newly renovated one bed, one bath unit in the former Alley Katz venue. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite coutertops, high-ceilings, washer/dryer, and many more amenities.

Hi, my name is Helen! I'm originally from Seattle, WA but recently moved to Alexandria, VA. Now, I am here in Richmond studying political science on the pre-med track at VCU. My hobbies include finding/selling vintage clothes, photography, and baking. I'm still pretty new to hosting but so far I have found that I love what I do. As a Shockoe Bottom resident myself, I have a couple of recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the area so don't hesitate to reach out for recommendations!
