Este amplio apartamento dúplex (219 m²), elegantemente decorado, se encuentra en un pequeño complejo privado de solo 15 unidades con piscina compartida, aparcamiento cerrado y una deliciosa pastelería (Fabrica Velha) en la planta baja.

El complejo está a solo 5 minutos a pie de las tiendas, restaurantes, bares, pubs, supermercados y de la pintoresca playa de Carvoeiro, una de las más fotografiadas del Algarve central.

El apartamento tiene capacidad para hasta 6 adultos y 1 niño.

Se accede a la propiedad a través de una amplia terraza soleada con muebles de exterior, perfecta para cenar al aire libre en las cálidas noches del Algarve. Las puertas del patio y la puerta principal dan al salón-comedor.

El apartamento cuenta con dos espaciosas plantas, separadas del salón por una escalera de caracol.

La PLANTA BAJA consta de un salón diáfano con dos sofás, una gran Smart TV y un comedor con mesa y sillas nuevas y un pequeño escritorio.

Al lado se encuentra una habitación doble con colchón y cubrecolchón nuevos, una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, nevera grande, horno y abundantes ollas, sartenes y cubiertos.

La planta baja también cuenta con un lavadero con lavadora y un baño completo con ducha, inodoro y lavabo.

La PLANTA ALTA consta de una habitación doble con colchón y cubrecolchón nuevos, una habitación con dos camas individuales, una cama individual en la biblioteca (para una séptima persona) y un baño completo con bañera/ducha, inodoro y lavabo.

Las habitaciones dobles y con dos camas individuales de esta planta comparten una amplia terraza solárium muy privada con dos tumbonas, a la que se accede mediante puertas que dan al patio.

No es necesario alquilar un coche si planea alojarse en la ciudad. Sin embargo, el apartamento cuenta con aparcamiento privado cerrado para quienes deseen alquilar un coche y explorar las magníficas playas del Algarve.

La cafetería-panadería de primera categoría también forma parte del complejo de apartamentos, ¡y es un placer despertarse con el aroma de sus delicias recién horneadas!

Exceptionally well equipped especially in the kitchen. Plentiful supply of towels and games suitable for all ages. A welcome pack was provided with a wide range of basics eg bread, butter, fruit drinks

Lovely apartment in the heart of Carvoeiro, within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and many lovely restaurants. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfy and everywhere was spotlessly clean.There is plenty of outside space with a front courtyard equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue and a lovely roof terrace that we were able to make use of when the sun finally came out! We also had access to the pool but unfortunately didn't get the weather for it.Communication with the hosts was great and they very kindly allowed us an earlier check in.We were also greeted with something to eat and drink which was very welcome after a long journey. Highly recommended!

We were all-- 6 of us in our 70ies-- completely impressed with the property which was fully equiped from every angle. The hosts even provided fresh fruit and milk and bread which we consumed after our evening arrival.

A perfect week in Carvoeiro

We enjoyed the apartment location so close to town and also the fabulous bakery in the building. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our multi-generational family group.

Time spent in Carvoeiro

This property had an excellent location, lots of room inside, super clean and so easy to walk to many amazing areas in town. It was our first trip to Carvoeiro and we will certainly be back and hopefully for longer next time

Lovely large apartment

Lovely large and clean apartment. Walking distance from beach and restaurants. Perfect location for day trips to Lagos, Salema and Sagres. The pool is great if you have children.

Great Stay in Carvoeiro

Plenty of space, clean and well-equipped. Sonia, who managed check-in, was very helpful and the whole experience was straightforward. The pool was lovely and very welcome in the hot weather. Lots of great beaches nearby and the apartment is easy walking distance to Carvoeiro beach and restaurants.

Lovely holiday home in Carvoeiro

We've just returned from a 2 weeks stay in Casa Nelly and found the house to have everything we could need for a family holiday. Clean, spacious and well equipped with a good location for anywhere you'd need to go in Carvoeiro. The booking process was efficient and the owners helpful and responsive. Great location

Apartment exactly as described, short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars a few mins away. Yet apartment area is quiet so really is the best of both Worlds. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels with a well equipped kitchen. Great TV with plenty of choices in English. Highly recommended

Just a short walk to the beach! Wonderful value. Easy check-in, quiet gated apartment building with pool and parking!Property manager was friendly, quick to respond to any questions or requests, and recommended a lovely bakery just downstairs, which we went to most mornings. There was a binder with information about the property, contact info, etc. Our only disappointment was the very limited supply of essentials, given that we were a group of 6 people staying for 1 week. No paper towel was provided for the kitchen, very little toilet paper, and only a drop of laundry detergent for the washing machine which is one of the listed features of the apartment. When we quickly ran out and inquired about getting some more of these essentials for our stay, we were told we had to buy our own and only enough was provided "for arrival". A family doesnt want to be buying large amounts of toulet paper or laundry detergent while traveling, then having to either leave it behind. Just a consideration!

I spoke with our property manager to align our expectations for provided essentials—our goal is to ensure guests can start their holiday comfortably with initial supplies (unfortunately we are unable to provide unlimited amounts). I've instructed her to include at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen going forward. She confirmed that three rolls of toilet paper were left in each bathroom (six total) for your six-night stay. If that doesn't match what you found, we'd love to hear more so we can better meet our guests needs. We truly appreciate your review and hope to host you again! Best, Matt and Danielle

Property in good location, easy access to town. Accommodation was light and very airy. Property was fully functional, the kitchen was well equipped which was a particular need of ours and there was adequate space for the family. It did however feel a little tired, not quite as fresh as the images portrayed, we feel it is in need of some TLC. The property was very clean on arrival and the hosts were exceptional at communicating and met all our needs and answered all our questions. Sonia was most helpful.

Thanks very much for the feedback. I do wish you would have let us know during your stay, we have a handyman on standby and we would have been glad to address any issues. We've always operated with the mindset that we ONLY want to offer accommodations that we would want to stay in ourselves. We will prioritize getting things sorted as quickly as possible!

Perfect holiday

We had a great stay for 1 month in January with our family. Danielle and Matt were super friendly and arranged for us everything we needed for our youngest child( 3 months old). During our stay if we had any questions we could always contact Sonia and she would help us immediatedly. We van really recommand this appartement!

Excellent apartment close to beach

Wonderful apartment. Everything you need is there. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen stocked with utensils and plastics as good as your own home, towels clean and good quality. Instructions for entry and communication with owner clear and easy to follow. Short walk to beach and great pool in complex. Highly recommended.

A perfect place to stay

We have had a very good vacation in this appartement, it was clean and there was nothing missing in the appartement. And the pittoresque village was beautiful with a lot's of restaurants. And we received a nice bottle of whitwine with a bottle of water. We were surprised about that, thanks again. Perhaps we come back for an another stay it was a pleasure to stay there.

It's a large size unit, confortable, well equiped, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, swimming-pool within the complex. As we travel this way too, we try to have the little extra for our guests to enjoy their holidays at Casa Nelly with high satisfaction, like a bottle of water and bottle of Portuguese wine! Many of the apartment accommodations in town have 50 to 100 units each. We love Casa Nelly because there are only 15 units (spread across 2 buildings) in the complex with very secure gate access to the apartments and car park. The smell of fresh bread every morning is also sure to send you sweet dreams!
