Plenty of space for the entire gang to spread out! Large fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Extra large half-covered patio is perfect for relaxing with your group! Downstairs there is plenty of room for yard games or to enjoy fishing and crabbing!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. We will definitely stay here again. We only had one problem, there were yellow jackets located one the pilings under the house. They chased the kids once but we kept our distance. Other than that, this house was great.

Wonderful Stay - Perfect Fishing Getaway with Amazing Hosts

From booking to checkout, the team was so kind, helpful, and responsive. The house was spotless, the pool was clean, and it was in the perfect spot to launch a boat and fish. They gave us helpful info about the area (like where to grab bait and last minute items) and a heads-up on everything we’d need for our stay.

Fantastic river front property

Had a good time at the house , property was great , the grass could have been mowed and sprayed for mosquitoes so it would have been more enjoyable but overall was an excellent weekend

Great stay on the Creek

Fantastic luxury property located on Caney Creek. Newly constructed and well appointed home. Fantastic deck overlooking the water. Close to Sargent shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Relaxing Spring Break

Our family spent the majority of Spring Break here this week (3 nights). We had an excellent time enjoying the pool, cooking out on the patio with the grill and caught around two dozen small sheepshead (No keepers, but they were some biters & fighters!!!). The house fit our family of six comfortably and the wi-fi was fast enough that the teens could play their video games in the evenings. The home was also pretty well stocked, however there was a dollar general about a mile from the house and were able to get a few extras (tp, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc). Also, there were no clothes racks or shelves in any of the closets, nor were there any dressers… plan to literally live out of your suitcase during your stay. The home is geographically pretty remote and would definitely recommend shopping in a larger city prior to your arrival in Sargent. Besides the dollar general, there is a gas station, a few bar & grills and Zipp’s bait had dead bait (shrimp/squid), but they were a cash or check only small business. Overall our family had an excellent time and will probably rebook again!

This is a beautiful home and relaxing spot on the creek. Short of a boat deck, it had everything you would need to enjoy the coast. The grandkids enjoyed the heck out of the pool while we fished. Close to the beach, but away from the masses - beautiful community that obviously takes pride in their neighborhood. The only issue we had was wi-fi is good in main living area, but once you go down the stairs was non-existent. This was only an issue for us because everything we monitor back at home is on our phones and Verizon service in the area was not great. But all we had to do was get back to main area and we could do what needed to be done. Overall a great rental!

Peaceful

This is a new, fresh, cute home. We visited this area hoping to fish and crab, but they weren’t biting. Only thing missing is a pier. The patio deck was amazing, great seating to have a cup of coffee or read a book and enjoy the view. Sheet’s Creek has everything you need and Wes was very accommodating!

Happy at Sheets’ Creek

Our family of six had a great weekend staying at the Sheets’ Creek waterfront property and found that we had everything we needed for a cozy fall stay. The house was tidy & clean, nice & new, and well-prepared for guests. The outdoor space was great, and this property not only has beautiful water views, but gorgeous trees, too! Our kids really loved that they added a Christmas touch and our nights were warm by the fun fireplace and corner Christmas tree. We’d definitely rent again!
