Very positive experience from start till end of a wonderful lake cabin experience. Everything one would want to enjoy a lakeside cabin experience especially in the fall in Minnesota. Cabin was all proper and location was perfect for enjoying Mille Lacs lake. Would do it again.

This was an amazing place to stay at. It felt secluded. My kids loved that the beach was huge and clean. The creek was an added bonus!! Kids got to kayak the creek and stay out of the wind from the big pond. My only complaint (not anything the property owner could control) was that the lake water level was too low to drive my boat to the dock. Beds were very comfy. Sheets, pillows, and towels were clean. Very nice property. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and very relaxing. Home had every thoughtful touch including plentiful bath products, fluffy towels and crisp bedding. Wish our family could have stayed longer.

Wonderful stay. This property is exactly as represented on the listing. Very clean and well cared for. Excellent view from the cabin. Sandy beach to play on. A ton of birds to watch. Kayaks! While it’s near other properties it feels private the way it’s situated. There’s a long sandy beach to walk down. This property is very well stocked with essentials to make it easier. Just bring the food and drink and enjoy. Thank you for the use of your lovely property.

Great spot off of the lake. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, board games, laundry, fire pit, patio, everything you need for a getaway! Clean, convenient, and beautiful!

The cabin was perfect for our trip with 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. Very clean and fully stocked cabin with a great view of the lake. The kayaks, washer/dryer, and roll-out bed were were awesome additions to have. Night fishing off of either dock was a bust due to shallow waters, but this is typical on this lake. The host was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly to questions/concerns. While cooking breakfast the stove cook top glass cracked, the host had a new stove installed within hours!Zero complaints, I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful private property, great location right on the beach. Fun nature woods trail for kids. Lots of yard space for games and bonfire.

Great place

My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend here. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time. Lots to do (fish, jet ski rentals, atv rentals) will come back!

Family Weekend

Great getaway and hospitality

We enjoyed a few days of R&R, beautiful sunsets, great hospitality, and accommodations. The cabin is set up beautifully for guests and the hosts seem to have thought of everything that made us feel welcome. Communication with them couldn't have been better. We will be back!

Home away from home

Tara and Dave were great hosts! They checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure we didnt need anything but there was nothing we could possibly need from them because the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. My fiance and I chose this location to celebrate my 27th birthday and we weren't disappointed, the shallow clear warm water was perfect for swimming and the dock was incredible for enjoying the sunsets each night with surprisingly no bugs! The only thing we would have done differently is stay longer. Thanks for making my birthday one to remember, we hope to be back some day!

Great place on Mille Lacs

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Great outdoors space for a fire and viewing the lake. One warning for boats: we rented a pontoon from nearby with the plan of using it off and on for a day while docking it in the back channel at the cabin like the rental says. With a regular sized pontoon motor trimmed about halfway, I was not able to access the back channel as the entrance was too shallow and I got stuck in the sand in multiple spots. The water was less than a foot according to the depth finder. The lake may be low this summer - but we didn’t see any warnings to think otherwise until I was actively trying to get back there with a boat. I’m not docking my rating for that since it’s not about the cabin but it would have saved us a lot of headache to be aware of this.
