This coveted Sea Place 1st floor condominium is completely renovated! 2 bedroom/2 bath. Steps to the private dune walk over to the beach! The very definition of immaculate!
This 1st floor, Ocean View property is upgraded & renovated! Master bedroom offers a new king bed, and guest bedroom offers 2 new twin beds. Additionally, there is a new queen sofa sleeper in living area. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room.
High speed, wireless WIFI, All bed linens and towels are fully stocked & brand new. We offer guests 4 camp style beach chairs & beach towels. A standard coffee pot as well as a Keurig.
The Sea Place complex is oceanfront with 2 swimming pool, several private tennis courts, racquetball, and a private walkway to the beach.
The courtyard and large sunbathing area around the pool offers space to relax and watch both the sunrise and sunset from your lounger.

This property is also a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine is a must see, with its historic buildings, fort & famous St. George Street. Great restaurants abound, in town & at the beach. Play tennis on Anastasia Island or go golf at the many courses St. Augustine has to offer including those at World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John’s County Course, and many others for every playing level and price range.

Lazy days or whatever pace you desire, excellent restaurants for every taste, nightly entertainment, locally or in town. Nearby, downtown St. Augustine is an ideal day trip no matter your group dynamic or interests. The city is known for its many historic charms, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon’s famous Fountain of Youth. Football fans will love its proximity to Gainesville or to Jacksonville, and the excitement of Daytona Beach is nearby. Orlando and Disney World is just over a two-hour drive to round out any great family vacation.

Property was Cean & Nice , We arrived to find No water / water pressure in our Unit ! Come to find out there had been a water main break on the property early that morning ,workers were on site repairing the break . I reach out to my host the issue but very s ,we point bei oh fresh

Truly relaxing

We've stayed at Sea Place for over 25 years and this particular unit is the best yet. Super clean and well appointed leaving us to just relax for a week. Candy was our property manager and she added her own professionalism and accessibility really added to our excellent experience. Bring yourself and your family, this place will do the rest.

Happy Customer

From the Property Manager to the unit itself, we couldn't be happier. Candy was courteous and responsive (she was much better than VRBO itself. The unit was very clean and had everything one might need in the kitchen and for the beach. Additionally, the unit was nicely appointed ie. the flooring, ttim, paint, lighting, furniture, linens, general decor; it was a step above and just well thought out (all of it). Some took the time to make a very nice rental and you can tell.

We enjoyed our stay. The first floor was perfect for our family and we were very close to the pool. It is a little walk to the beach but it is closer than other places that I have stayed at that were "on the beach". We would stay here again.

Perfect spot off the beach

Great location as it’s just a short drive to downtown and the beach area is a little quieter here. Candy was outstanding, responsive, and helpful. We had no issues everything was perfect. Oh sorry, there was no salt and pepper. Pretty minor thing. Thanks for a great stay Candy!!

Loved it!

This was our third time staying at Sea Place but first time in this condo. We absolutely loved it! Candy sends an email with check in details and everything else you need to know regarding your stay. Check in was easy and we walked into a beautiful clean condo! I only wish that check in was a little earlier than 4pm. The location of the condo is perfect! Ground floor, right next to the pool and very close to the walkway to the beach. You can actually see the ocean from the condo over the dune. We watched the sunrises in the morning while drinking our coffee. The condo itself is amazing! So nicely decorated, the beds were amazing! Plenty of room for my daughter and I. Although we did not spend a whole lot of time in the condo. There is so much to see and do in St Augustine. There are so many restaurants in the area it's hard to choose where to go each day. The kitchen has every appliance you will need, including two different types of coffee makers. Just know though, you will need to bring everything you need with you that you may need, including sugar, salt, pepper etc. Candy does provide shampoo, conditioner and bath wash which was nice. You will probably have to purchase some toilet paper also and a pen to sign the guest book ;) We had a great time here, would definitely stay again!! Candy is a wonderful host and we are so happy she shared her home with us!!

Nice remodeled unit

Other than several days with heavy rain and upstairs noisy neighbors was good. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Maybe next summer will check for the same unit at Sea Place.

The unit was excellent. It met all of our needs. Very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again. We love the St Augustine area and have been vacationing there for 33 years. We have stayed at the Sea Place for the past six years and love the resort

Fantastic Beachside Getaway

Candy was an A+ handler in preparing and delivering our beachside stay at this 1st time location. The unit was extra clean and lovely, with good AC and ceiling fans. I used tips from prior guests to add a few extras in packing, like bringing salt/pepper. But all the necessities were there with a nice kitchen. Will look forward to staying again!!

Perfection at Butler Beach

The communication with Candy was the first impressive factor, within moments of booking, there was a detailed e-mail welcoming my family. Upon arrival, complex was clean, well-manicured, and felt safe for a mom traveling with two teenaged girls. The condo was impeccably clean, the decor was beautiful tasteful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our first floor room had a patio leading right out to the pool and just steps away from the entrance to beautiful Butler Beach. The patio was a perfect space for us to congregate and enjoy the breeze. The condo was just perfection near a great historical city. We will be back.

PERFECT

I hate to tell you how perfect this condo was because it will constantly stay booked. LOL It was the perfect location and clean beyond measure. I generally take cleaning products to wipe things down once I arrive, however this place was spotless. The check in process was easy and Candy was so very easy to work with.

Amazing.

We've stayed at Sea Place many times, but never in this unit. The unit is decorated beautifully, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Property Manager was exceptional, she had all checkin/checkout procedures emailed to us in a timely way and made it very easy. Absolutely would stay here (or anywhere Candy manages ;) again!

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was our second time at Sea Place (first in this condo) and we love the complex. This condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed for a great, relaxing vacation. It was very clean with lots of room and comfortable beds. We loved how easy it was to walk out the back door and straight to the beach or pool. Candy was a pleasure to work with! She was great with communication and went above and beyond to help us with an item we left behind. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Great condo. Nice layout with plenty of room. Very clean and provided linens were nice. My only suggestion to other guests would be to check the kitchen before going to the grocery store. I assumed that there would be salt & pepper and some other cooking basics but there was not. Other than that we had a wonderful stay! I would recommend to other family & friends.
