Come and relax on the deck with a glass of wine while you watch the birds flying over the lovely baker creek into the sunset. If you prefer to stay indoor, we provide high speed wifi and many workstations for working travelers and gamers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy family cooking and bonding time. Mac is famous for wine tasting and dining at nearby restaurants on "Oregon's favorite main street", McMinnville 3rd street. Enjoy your stay!

This is the second year my friends and I have stayed at this property and we love it. It is in quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown McMinnville. We appreciate the spacious bedrooms and living area. The house is always clean and Joy, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. This property is a great value to for the location and price.

I stayed here with my family for Thanksgiving. The home was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and the open floor plan downstairs let us cook and visit at the same time. It was perfect for my husband and me and our three adult kids—everyone had their own space to retreat to upstairs (all queen or king beds) but we mostly stayed together in the kitchen/family room area, and we had a more formal Thanksgiving meal in the dining room. Great place to stay!

A great family spot

The house was a wonderful place for our family to relax and share some family time. The view from the back deck of the creek was much nicer than we even thought it’d be.

A very lovely stay in a tranquil setting -- you will forget that you are situated in a neighborhood! The house had everything we needed for a wedding weekend with family, and plenty of space for people to not feel right on top of one another. We appreciated the details like the ironing board and the infant gear.

Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood right near a park which was perfect for my kiddos. Very close to restaurants and shopping. House was perfect, beds were very comfy, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very nice and responsive. Would stay here again no doubt

This house was advertised with more beds than it actually had. Two child size recliners aren't twin beds. We had to buy an inflatable bed to use. The carpet, curtains and throw rugs were stained. No blankets on the beds, just bedspreads. No extra blankets. A very skimpy amount of toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap provided. Outdoor barbecue grill was filthy. Hardly any counter space in the bathrooms. This property could use a deep clean, kitchen cooking pans replaced and general updating. One empty upstairs bedroom was unlocked by the owner so we could set up our inflatable bed in there. Why not provide a real bed in there? The air conditioning worked and the house was close to the city center. Those were the two positives.

Great property, would stay here again. So happy to find something affordable when everything in “wine country” costs a fortune. Well stocked home with everything we needed except more toilet paper. All bedrooms are upstairs which was nice to keep the family together.

Great setting

Our groups of visiting customers enjoyed the house, especially the nice setting overlooking the wooded creek area. Too far to walk to downtown, but they liked the quiet neighborhood.

Great home in friendly neighborhood

Great option for multiple family members/couples. All four rooms had comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked and home was in a wonderful area close to several eating options and stores. Host was very responsive and neighbors are super friendly, we were given delicious home garden tomatoes to enjoy! Would recommend if your touring the wineries, close to lots of great options.

Perfect place to come together!!

The floor plan allowed our family to play cards and enjoy meals together with everyone enjoying a private comfortable place to sleep. The host was very accommodating, the house was clean and spacious. Lovely view! Upstairs laundry and extra parking too!

Wedding escape

Wine country is a beautiful setting for weddings! This home was close to venues and in a beautiful setting. It was spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood for morning strolls. A park was close by for visiting grandkids to get their wiggles out.

Wonderful!

We were in town for my daughter's graduation from Linfield University. Beautiful setting. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a family meal. Lots of sheets and towels. Great communication with owner.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Joy's house. The house was large with plenty of room for 8 of us. The location is a short drive to all that McMinnville has to offer, but it is on a cul-de-sac at the end of the road. We enjoyed the quiet nights. It was a nice walk to a great coffee shop, Flag & Wire. The office downstairs with doors and couch was quiet and allowed one of us to get some work done. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the large dining table.

New, Clean, Beautiful Yard and views of a creek

It was a business trip for me so I didn't get much time to enjoy the place but it would be great for a medium to large group looking to spread out and enjoy the space in the house, on the deck and out in the yard.

Excellent Home

Our stay at Joy's property was everything we hoped for - it was clean, quiet, spacious and very peaceful. We were 5 women and all of us were very comfortable. Joy was fabulous to do business with. She was fair, responsive and very kind. We visit McMinnville annually and we sincerely hope to return to Joy's property. It is a gem! Thank you Joy!
